But I am disappointed to see such wickets again and again

These wickets will decrease the deficit of defeat for Bangladesh, with occasional win. But this will not improve Bangladesh cricket.

BCB is trying to hide their inefficiency under these rubbish pitches.

Again Taijul is cashing on these turning track

Outside Bangladesh he is a different bowler

He is a decent bowler everywhere. You just dont tave the quicks or the batsmen to do any damage while playing away. He cannot take Sixers abroad. Role is a bit different

What happened here people? Poor batting or a difficult wicket?

Bit of both. Taijul is a difficult bowler in these conditions where the ball is spinning quickly and keeping low, batsmen can't go on the back foot without risking getting lbw

Faheem has been very ordinary in his thinking to say the least... Letting shaheen play the entire overs

Exactly. Ball is keeping low need to play on front foot on this pitch.

Saqlain needs to go ASAP. This guy is even worse than Misbah. Just follow the script.

Love to see Faheem take single of the first ball and chicken out of the over

We are lucky not to face Sakib. Otherwise we would all out under 150. Need to get rid of Azhar for sure. Babar is not made for test. Fawad is so over the hill.

Taijul averages 26 at home and 56 away. it's too much of a difference for a decent bowler.

Babar Azam has lost to Zimbabwe in ODI, and T20, has lost a test match to a very poor WI team. Now Bangladesh favorite to win this as well.

What a pathetic captain

Yeah he’s a decent bowler in Bangladesh.

How has Shaheen managed to survive 20 odd balls while our superstars got bundled out cheaply :))

I think Faheem is playing a good allrounders contribution in keeping Pakistan in this match so far.

Some valuable wickets and now the only contributor in the middle/lower order.

This could be a tight match if Bangers bat well again.

So far Faheem has no clue as to how to score runs with the number 11 at the other hand. Plays out a maiden over or takes a single on the 3rd ball.

He almost lost a 3rd T20 to a very poor Bangladesh side as well. If it wasn't for the heroics of Asif Ali against Afghanistan, would have been another badge of honor for Babar Azam

Bangladeshi field placings have been spot on. Plenty of shots have gone straight to the fielders

Also I don't know why NZ are considered the most gentlemen team in cricket. I would rate Pakistan on top. They accept every decision of the umpires without remonstrance, they don't sledge, they accept ridiculous quarantine conditions and unnecessary rebukes.

Had the Nauman Ali lbw decision been against the Big 3, they would've ensured that TV umpire never got to umpire again in their test matches. They would've stirred a big controversy.

Saqlain should've stormed into the TV umpires room and demanded an explanation for that blatant biased call. But Pakistan cricket is as meek as they come.

Anything over 150, we will loose. We have so many walking wickets start with captain dummy, Azhar, oldie Fawad and over-hyped Shafiqe

Just woke up chaps where are people yesterday who said we should get 450 ot i even saw educated posters stating 650!!!

Both Ind-Nz and Pak-BD game going same way.
Home team scored decent score in first inning. Touring team started well with big opening partnership and then lost the way after.
I expect BD to take some 45-50 run lead in first inning and just like India struggle to score in second inning.

Just what I expected.

Babar is too invested in making runs as a T20 player

He can’t be bothered with Tests

Alright let's hope for some cheap and early wickets. Anyone know avg score 2nd innings on this ground?

Babar is naturally an irresponsible or selfish player

The reason he insists to have Shoaib Malik in the T20i side is so that he can shirk the responsibility of having to deal with the harder stuff in the middle order. I’m surprised he isn’t insistent on having Younis Khan and Misbah playing Tests right now for Pakistan so that he can choose an easy batting position like number 6 and score runs to make his stats look good.

Every player congratulating a centurion from the opposition as if he has scored 500*

You have answered your question yourself ie Big 3. Pakistan has only just started to get the big international teams to tour Pakistan, it needs to build bridges with all the cricket boards to ensure that they tour Pakistan consistently going forward and also makes their players available for the PSL. We are not in a position to get into any fights

Need to come up with a better strategy to counter Taijul. You can't let him bowl to you relentlessly on these wickets. Need to bring the sweep, reverse sweep shots and the attacking shots while staying in the crease into play.

If you just blindly defend block and go back against him, you are toast

And this statement is based on ?

Every team suffers against bad decisions , that's why DRS to make it fair against wrong umpire decisions. But teams need to use it judiciously no point in blaming big 3 for your mistakes

Exactly. This guy get so much hype from PCB or fans but actually a very average player. Had he born in India he would no where near to test team. He is decent player in LOI but walking wicket against any decent spin. He always crumble under pressure apart from India match in T20 2021. Always play for his average.

Also, Saqlain needs to go. This guy is as bad as Misbah as a coach.

That was out given by the onfield umpire and you need a strong evidence to overrule it

The 3rd umpire got nothing to overrule. Infact it looked out mostly. There was only one spike in tracker

You have to stand up for your rights. Accepting wrong decisions is reflective of low self esteem. Standing up for a blatantly wrong decision will not get you into any fight.

The bowlers need to bowl straight and at the stumps, the ball is keeping low now on this wicket

Maybe the PCB will raise this with the ICC

You could clearly see a huge deviation of the ball. There was nothing inconclusive about it.

Am I blaming the Big 3 here?

Need to relentlessly target the stumps with the ball keeping low

The Bangladeshi pacer ruthlessly targeted the stumps wheras Shaheen and Hasan are bowling outside the off stump.

Shaheen is an emotional jasbati Akhroat bowler, doesn't have a brain

In the Bang innings, there were 7 lbws and bowled and here we have Shaheen, Hasan wasting the new ball bowling outside the off stump. Wth is Philander doing?

First ball Shaheen targets ruthlessly at the stumps and he is rewarded with an lbw. This is the way to go on this wicket

Ahhhh another one drops short....keep up the pressure boys. 14-2 for BD

This saif hassan guy can be a good player. He needs to be a bit more patient though

Don't think our batsmen are capable to score around 175 in this pitch considering all those tuktuking without scoring will not work here.

Very impressed with Shaheen. He isnt mentally the most intelligent but the boy has a passion to step up and fight when his team is against the ropes!
