Personally Ill be very happy if he scores two centuries and we go on and win..I have no problems admitting that..I dont really do monetary bets so will not make a bet with money but Im happy to be brave and agree to change my sig for a short period to reflect me being wrong about Malik for etc..
however I believe you should also agree to Blitz terms and conditions. And remember it has to be two centuries not two fifities or one hundred etc ..has to be two centuries..that is your claim!!

lol this bet will never work. BZ has promised 2 centuries only if he plays all three tests. Chances of him playing one test isn't certain let alone three tests. Plus it's a stupid bet. In a three test series I wouldn't even bet on Tendulkar scoring two centuries. You just can never really know that. And if Malik suddenly scores two centuries in the space of three tests, does that make him a great player? Course not, because he hasn't performed to a high standard throughout his test career. If he does well here, he needs to back it up by a couple more centuries in following test series.
Anyway, like I said, don't think Malik will play all three tests anyway. What will happen in my opinion is asad will play the first test. If he fails, Malik will come in and be given the next two remaining tests.
If Malik does play in front of Asad, and fails in two tests, he'll likely be dropped for Asad. Only if Malik does sort of decent, he'll be kept. And anyway even if he loses the bet, Black Zero will maintain that Malik still had a good series. Which might be true.

My reply was.... that if he beats me, I'll donate $100 to PakPassion.... if I beat him, he has to donate only $50 to PakPassion. He ran away and did not take the bet!
That bet still stand.... and if he is afraid of losing money then I lower the bet to $50/$20 bet! He wins... I donate $50 ... if I win, he donates $20.
But... as you know, he has never put his money where his mouth is!

so 68 vs 820 is not a fair deal...but if we include WL (392) and SS(207)
so for you four total is: 667...

After the srilanka tour malik should be dropped against the BD as he has 0 average against bangladesh and should not be selected against england either as he averages only 18 against them

Regarding other countries, as i have shown..he hasn't played much...
so one can't say anything about them...
three countries he played 4 or more...and aside Eng..he has performed well against them.

averaging 31 against the west indian attack is satisfactory? Has played complete 6 innings against australia failed played 9 innings against england and failed miserably and failed against the mighty indian attack on flat tracks
. But performance against srilanka keeps you happy. If it was huge then has a HUGE failure against 6 of the nations he has played against.

my point was that sample of 3/4 matches isn't enuf...
we have good sample set for sl..and he excelled in this case.

Lucky to be selected after a poor tour of Zim. The SL series is massive for him, if he fails Umar Akmla will come in. He'll probably bat at 6 in Tests.

- against ENG, he was the second best pakistani top order player after farhat...check your stats..
- This series is being played against SL, why are you not mentioning his average of 60 against them?
- about Aus, even Ponting expressed his surprise when Malik was not played for first two tests, and when he made 58 in 3rd test...he was not included in next match against same opposition.

he made Only 5 Fifties
Just for the sake of comparison Azhar Ali made 9 Test Fifties in only 13 Innings
3 of his 5 Fifties came on home pitches
Highest score of 73 in Karachi and he was Stumped
The greatest player of SPIN got Stumped when he was all set to make a Ton
Forget Azhar Ali..... even Imran Farhat has done much better than Malik!

here ... matches vs England involving Malik..... since matches against England not-involving were just listed as club matches by ICC!

...and when Malik does not play..... the test matches are ranked as "club" or "List-A" matches by ICC???

he was playing with Butt (with 6 down) and then Butt got out..and Gul came...so he had to hit out on 5th ball of the over...
It;s Malik's greatness that so many times he scored runs while playing with tail...

I am just showing Vtech the better way to compare players...
and there is no reason for anyone to weep on this...
and to add, Umer Amin got avg of 10
and to add further, Malik's batting position was changed by force...and after that match he was dropped ...while on merit/performance there were 5 others who could be dropped ahead of him.
and then he was dropped from ODIs/T20 too...
so with same philosophy he was picked for test on T20 performance...
avg of 100 in T20 isn't bad.
