Should PCB own a Pakistan Super League team?

If PCB are planning to expand PSL to 7 teams couple of years down the line, I think PCB should own 7th team.

or atleast be the Co-Owners.

How complex this idea is wrt conflict of interests ? And how can they avoid it ?

Not in PSL, because of protecting the investments of other franchise owners.

But, PCB indeed should have 3 different teams for QeA, Pentangular PAK Cup (It’ll be Heca then) and National T20.

This team (s) should be composed of young players missing out in drafts and best NCA trainees.

Lol are you serious? anytime they'd win they'd get the 'corrupt' accusation. Any player the fans don't like which they select they will get the 'nepotism' accusation.

It'd be a disaster in any normal board, never mind a board which is as dodgy as ours.

I think that’s a bad idea.
Rather have another business, which will no doubt inject a lot of money into the PSL. The PCB on the other hand would not have the same funds available as other potential businesses. Also the PCB should remain neutral and stay out of the franchises and their business. I can only see Thisara to lead to big trouble down the line

Yes...and they should name it Pakistan Cricket Team 2.0. Also will this team be bought by PCB money? And is PCB going to pay for the salaries of the coaching staff, living expenses, and what not? Will this team be allowed foreign players or only the cream of the crop of the most deserving Pakistani rejects?
