It may be a completely B.S political stunt but it is a stance. So I don't know how I can explain this to your in a simpler way. BCCI doesn't have to spell out it's principle or stance out to anyone just because some anonymous rando on an internet forum wants them to. They will do whatever they think is right and within their control. If PCB thinks they're being undone and still desperately craves for the bilateral moola , they should go the legal route and fight it out with the big bad evil BCCI.. oh wait!

Just had to point out that it has happened before , not once , twice but many times.

If we are talking about getting embarassed by smaller nations noone can beat Pakistan at that , who won zero Olympic medals in three decades even while some East African countries with 1M population managed to win multiple medals.

One event they end up ahead of India on the table thanks to a solitary gold, they're dancing on the moon forgetting about decades of humiliation. And lol at not taking Olympics seriously... Pakistanis are still celebrating Arshad's gold.

If BJP feels it will help their party they will go ahead do it. May not be explicitly. They will drastically reduce the meetings between these two countries.

It’s a bad idea and if they are stupid enough to proceed with it they will only attract controversies and even security issues.

Bangladesh is currently the most hated country in Bharat for everything the Hindus went through there.

They’re not our friends or ally and they’re NOT welcome.

If they have any shame left, they should themselves refrain from coming here.
 
Cancelling before was a slight possibility.

If they cancel now it's clear that they are running scared of the resurgent Bangladeshi tigers.

The cricketing masses from Durban to Dubai to Dhakka and from Sydney to Southampton to Sabina Park will say India chickened out.

Bangladesh or any other country should be boycotted if the money they make from Bharat is used to sponsor terrorism or anti-Bharat activities. Pakistan is guilty of both, but Bangladesh so far hasn't gone down that path.

Whatever said and done, what has happened in BD till now is between citizens of BD.

Yes Hindus are outraged at the persecution of Hindus in BD. But no Indian citizen has been harmed yet.

While i am all for supporting the Hindus in BD, they chose to live in BD. They are BD citizens.

If BD becomes anti Indian and starts supporting anti Indian activities, There are a million and one ways to tackle a country that India surrounds on 3 sides.

What will really rub the faces of BD cricketers is if Indian team makes a gesture just like it did for BLM.

Even if Bangladesh was supporting freedom fighters in Kashmir , India would still show great hospitality to them in any icc event in the country

Nations are allowed to cheer for Kashmir separatists as long as it's only their mouths running. Our foreign office will release a statement too and that's where it ends.

It's infiltration and terrorism that makes Bharat so harsh on Pakistan. For all their flaws, I don't see Bangladesh resorting to such tactics, they have nothing to gain.
 
Pressure is mounting on the BCCI as the fans are calling for cancellation of this series. I don’t think it’s advisable for BCCI to ignore it. This is serious political matter.

Looks unlikely right now as I see the team’s been announced and saw some advertisements also. It means the government also has not interfering this matter and has given the nod to BCCI to proceed with this series. Our government has not spoken much on this matter.

It might just prove to be a mistake for them as there is a lot of anger amongst Sanatanis in Bharat.

BJP must understand that now that they have made Congress an irrelevant opposition party as no centralist, leftist party can compete with them, but in future the only way to challenge them for any party, would require the birth of a new ultra right wing party that will make even the BJP seem like soft hindutva. The BJP must take a hard stance on this and listen to people’s anger else someone else would very soon and they might just run away with the Hindu vote.

If the BJP fails, the Bajrang Dal must rise.
 
One of the few Hindus that are left in Bangladesh after the recent pogrom is Liton Das. He deserves to play in India this series should not get cancelled
