SA is getting these runs. One decent batting away from the series win.
 
Now get Petersen early. And don't drop him like he was in the first innings. Those 66 extra runs hit us big time.

Markram has been a walking wicket all series. SA only 2 decent batsmen in middle now.

Same situation with Indian batting. Poor batting from both sides. The 3 best batsmen from SA are still there, so I expect them to chase this small total.
 
60-70 runs here without losing wicket and match will be done.
 
Just like last test 2nd innings, Bumrah is proving to be very expensive.
 
Keegan Peterson has been a good find for SA , regardless of result defo a positive to step into the future with
 
keep going at 3-4 runs per over and play 60 overs. Series is there for taking.
 
Indians once again bowling poor with the new ball.... Dean Elgar looks like he is going to once again win it for SA...
 
Elgar moving across the stumps to negate any movement and avoid the edge could expose his leg stump to one tho , maybe a plan india can look into.
 
SA have played the entire series with 10 players essentially with Maharaj neither bowling much and isn't really a batter. Could have picked a batter.
 
Just checked the ranking predictor from ICC website.

If South Africa win this, New Zealand should become #1 again.

58/1 looking extremely good chasing this total. Another 40 runs and SA will be halfway there.
 
Disgusting behavior from kohli. He should know SA pitches are bouncy and elgar was well forward. What was he trying to suggest?

1 wicket can swing a test all of a sudden. So India would be expected to win unless SA win first.
 
It is 100% sure that you won't get any LBWs on this pitch with this hawkeye!

In 2018 it was picking Rohit and benching Rahane that irked everyone. This year it's sort of the opposite except Rohit is injured.

Exactly what I thought. Either Umpire's call and clipping leg stump at half length OR missing leg. Bounce over leg stump was very unlikely to naked eye.
Anyway, search for breakthrough still continues.

Very childish and ridiculous remarks going on by indian captain and the slip cordon about DRS. These are the kind of comments that look silly even on a forum.

Same happened yesterday with Agarwal’s decision though this was little closer than that ..
 
I thought that ball was going to miss the leg stump, very surprised it was going over top..... Indians shouldn't be complaining it is their pathetic top order that put them in this position, they have no one to blame but themselves....
 
The only hope India should keep to couple of wickets and the it would be virtually SA's tail considering Bavuma will only score 30 and keeper is inexperienced and may not contribute much at all.

This, but also something about supersport and how their cameras should focus on SA bowlers shining the ball, reference to the sandpaper gate" very childish going after a country and their broadcasters when he doesnt get his way

Peterson should be man of series especially if he get another 50, unless Elgar scores a century.

This is going as expected earlier during the day - the Indian bowlers although good, will never create as many opportunities as their SA counterparts.
They need a lot more luck with good balls getting nicked, which has not happened so far.

Great series to watch though - all matches have been super close, the pitches ensuring there has never been a dull moment
 
Indians now bowling frustrated and playing right into SA's hands....

10 runs off Ashwin's over, they trying to finish this match today lol....
