I think you missed my posts , I have mentioned couple of times that tendulkar has been playing amazingly well last couple of months.......!

I knew you wud say that , but shewag is a special case ..... sr of 75 @avg of 50....not many batsmen can match that !
 
India dont look very bothered on this kind of track . S.A are going to struggle to keep the score down below 300 .

laxman out in typical fashion...i was just thinking all the 'lax-man greatness' will go out the window...as soon as the in coming delivery is bowled....its his Achilles heel
 
S.A need to try and fashion some sort of lead .I have the feeling we wont score much in the second innings on this wicket and we don't really have the spinners to roll india too cheaply in the last innings .
 
big turn by harris . After watching him for the last season I think I have worked it out .He doesn't try and spin many , but can when he wants to as a surprise ball . Sorry...i just can't quite work out why else he gets wickets .He seems to be throwing pies half the time as ozgod said .

The amount of spin does not bother the Indian batsmen. Even if it comes once in a while. Almost all Indian batsmen study the spinners from the rotations on the ball in the air. They invariably know how much each delivery is going to spin. Thats the reason why Warne didnt get much success against India even though he could spin the ball a long way.

well more then spin..it is the bounce which is the problem here...

That's a very cocky statement. In fact, Indians are as good players of spin as South African players are.
 
I expect India to tie the series here - plenty of spin and India have the advantage - all they need is to get within + or - 50 of SA Total

Steyn and singh have a bit of bad blood here . Quiet if I were you mister singh . You not always going to get to play on slow wickets like this and you might find your ears stinging when you two meet on such a pitch in the future .

yuvraj actually plays on fast pitches better then on slow turners if u didnt knew bout that!!

ha ha...can you refresh my memory about his heroics on fast pitches? I don't think he had a great tour down under recently, nor did he have a good SA tour last year (though he played only ODIs).

He is definitely more comfortable on faster tracks than spinning tracks. He has a weakness against genuinely good spin attack.

i wudnt bother refreshing your memory go n search stats by yourself.....i never said he is a genius on fast pitches..but he plays on fast pitches better then on slow turners...and plays faster bowlers better then spinners!!

I agree with him that YS is weaker against spinners than faster bowlers. I think anyone who has followed his career would know that.

well whatever bucknor gets is less! the number of bad decisions he has given against india...starting from 92 againt SA cost us the test match from sydney fiasco!! and number of other decisions!!atleast the indian posters dont make nicks like rudi hater just because of one decision!!
