Sri Lanka | 1st Innings | 2/137 | 32 Overs | RR 4.28 | Trail by 443 runs

Finally a wicket for SA, 1 more wicket before the close of play would be good!

SA ahead despite Sri Lanka strong reply

Sri Lanka | 1st Innings | 2/149 | 39 Overs | RR 3.82 | Trail by 431 runs

Dilshan 78, Sangakkara 35*

Stumps - Day 2

I'm confused - everyone was saying that this is a flat track but Philander has gotten the ball to move, Steyn has 2 wickets and SL are 5 down.

SL 219/6

Chandimal stuck with the tail now and folllow on mark is still along way away!

SL in trouble here.

Tahir

Seriously that celebration is cringe-worthy now. Just bowled a tailender and celebrates like he's won the world cup.

Sri Lanka | 1st Innings | 8/220 | 68 Overs | RR 3.23 | Need 161 runs to avoid Follow-on

What a start to for SA 6 wickets in no time and SL face moutain to climp.

So was this a flat track or not? Philander and Steyn seem to be bowling well.

Sri Lanka | 1st Innings | 9/239 | 73 Overs | RR 3.27 | Need 142 runs to avoid Follow-on

1 wicket away from Follow-on.

Sri Lanka | 1st Innings | 239 | 73.5 Overs | RR 3.23 | Trail by 341 runs

Dilshan 78, Sangakkara 35, Chandimal 35 | Philander 3/46, Steyn 3/56, Tahir 2/54, Morkel 2/74

Sri Lanka have to bat again!

Sri Lanka | 2nd Innings | 0/2 | 1 Overs | RR 2.00 | Trail by 339 runs

52 Overs left in the day!

Game should be over tomorrow with S.A claiming a 2-1 home series win.

Vernon on his way towards becoming among the fastest to 50 wickets.

Sri Lanka | 2nd Innings | 1/12 | 5 Overs | RR 2.40 | Trail by 329 runs

Dilshan gone already, SA 9 wickets away for series win!

9 wickets and 48 overs left could be finish today if SL collapse again!

Absolutely pathetic batting by SL,

SL really going down the hill..... bleak future ahead

He won't do it in 6 because that would require almost 9 wickets per match. But he might get there in 8 if he's averaging 6 wickets per match.

Who do South Africa play next? Maybe if they play zimbos/Bangla he might get the record!

SL need to find fire power in there bowling some how, I do not know why Mendis is not selected?

wonder where the likes of jayasuria dilshan and arnold are now....loud mouths were harping away after one fluke win last game....jayasuria said "we" choked them really nicely....sorry mate but u have retired what do u mean "we"....how about u pipe down and remain neutral when giving your comments!

Sri Lanka | 2nd Innings | 1/37 | 16 Overs | RR 2.31 | Trail by 304 runs

37 Overs to go now!

Yeah every time SA loses then there's bound to be a choke comment. No big deal - this is what separates test cricket from hit-or-miss cricket. In test cricket the overall better team will come out tops.

this! every dog has its day but over a series the better team comes trumps...which is why i disagree with 2 test series.

Sri Lanka | 2nd Innings | 1/42 | 19 Overs | RR 2.21 | Trail by 299 runs

Tea - Day 3

Sri Lanka are on 42 for 1 at tea, still another 299 runs to make South Africa bat again. Long, long way to go.

Sri Lanka | 2nd Innings | 2/79 | 31 Overs | RR 2.54 | Trail by 262 runs

One more wicket down for Sri Lanka wich is 10 now

Is it just me or does anyone else also find Tahir's celebration extremely annoying/cocky?

Just checked and South Africa go to new zealand.

So green wickets and pretty average batsmen! wont be shocked if he takes a stack load of wickets in new zealand as well.
