England needs to lose 2 out of their remaining 3 games. If NZ also lose to WI then NZ will have to lose to England, Aus and Pakistan to be eliminated. Pakistan can only progress by overtaking one of England or NZ.

Of course the unstated assumption is that we need to win all of our remaining games haha
