sarfaraz easily a better batsman. but adnan is a slightly better keeper. and they both are average keepers.
Pakistan needs sarfraz more due to their fragile batting.

After the first session on day 1, the deck looks really flat and The Batsmen don't look in any trouble. I think most likely result of the test will be draw until and unless Srilanka really collapse in the first innings and with Sanga and Mathews I don't think that is going to happen. I know many of us are thinking that in last innings on day 5 Srilanka will have trouble but I think that they will bat slowly in their first innings and ensure that they get near Pakistan's score and more importantly kill time. From there on it will become a mere formality because Asian teams don't play attacking cricket. We won't bat with high rate or declare early to force for a result as South Africa did.

Everyone knows that he is better then adnan avg of 40 in FC with 7 centuries and 36 fifties is quite decent where as Adnan avgs just 27 in FC so expecting too much from him on this level wont be right

Agreed. He's bowling is amazing and even though his batting is lacking but he is able to stick around and support the batsmen and score a few runs while tearing the opposing batting lineup with his bowling. He is the best option.
