Feel like a broken record now... Another Ehsan over... another 4 runs given.... Why is Ehsan bowling???? doing Absolutely NOTHING!!!

I think, you haven't seen the fist 13 overs then - PAK would have gone to lunch at 42/6. The Lankan pair are set now, waiting for the bowlers to "over stress" - Adil & Imran can bowl length-line 3 quarter staff at 2.5/over; that 'll only prolong the inevitable. Posters are a bit confused here with the wicket from the score of PAK team - against same Lankan attack, on this wicket, IND would have still batting - 360/5 or so................

Maybe you should learn to read. I said after the 1st rain delay. Rahat bowled well earlier. But after that, it has been nothing.

But also, read the rest of my post. You are just EASILY impressed. I expect more from pace bowlers. You know, that thing called pressure, or wickets, or hit and miss, or beating the bat. Not just gifting away free runs. Were you also extremely impressed by Bermuda's bowling attack.....? Its ok. I just have higher standards.
 
It does not matter now sl give us a tarhet of 250 of 500. We cant chase 170 plus. So relax and enjoy their batting.

I read your post - but you didn't understand my point. Everything doesn't happen in "Larke Lenge" style - at 4 or 5 down against new ball, these same bowlers would have bowling to No. 6 & No. 7 in their 2nd spell; now they are bowling to a well set Angelo. It's a 40 overs old ball - you don't need to be genius to understand that, after that, rain or not, ball 'll not have much conventional swing. Bowlers are pitching it up to get some swing - check how many back-foot boundaries had been scored. Putting a 3rd man & sweeper cover, both bowlers can stop scoring, in a match still 220+ overs left.............

Around 22 more overs will be bowled today. So sl will be ahead by around 285 runs at stumps.
 
Yasir is wasting his energy - SRL isn't trailing, bowling a feet outside leg 'll not work. Angelo 'll wait for whole day & PAK 'll be chasing 400. I think, he should come over the wicket & attack wicket more.
 
A rain affected draw wont let yk and misbah out of the team. They should either draw or win us the match with no rain to help.
 
Where are those PPers who were praising Adil and Rahat?

These bowlers are lot dependent on new ball and condition, in my opinion.
 
Mubarrak is really impressive - started shaky but now looks very solid & elegant.

Exactly. SL haven't been playing well at all. Not convincing and they look set to take over this series barring some final inninngs heroics.

What I meant to say that PP posters are so impatient and can change their stance dramatically in a split second. Rahat/Adil were PP darlings early in morning when they were on top and look at the wrist slitting now, No middle ground always on the fence.

Yeah i agree with that. Gould always has issues with Pakistan. I wonder why.
 
Suddenly a big wall and nor more wicket. SL is not missing Dilshan, Mahela and Sanga
 
Looks like we will have to chase 400 in nearly 5 sessions...

This series will be known for failure of YK and Misbah
 
So misbah left the odi team at number 7 and looks like he will leave the test team at number 7 as well.
 
Yasir has replaced Ajmal. Imagine if the two had been playing together it would have been wickets galore.

In the spirit of full disclosure, Rahit ran sideways instead of inwards towards the ball. Any half decent fielder would have caught it EASILY! Then again, a lot of other Pakistani fielders would have missed it just as badly as well....

They should lodge a formal complaint with match ref. That is such crap. How can you umpire decide what line of attack a bowler should take!! Especially when all the rough is available from the line we were bowling!! What a load of crap
