They never played on a road like they had at Lahore against a 2nd string Zimbabwe attack.

They never faced as weak a Sri Lankan bowling attack at they are now.

Some of Misbah's tactics undoubtedly harmed the team but to think that after he left these players woke up and suddenly knew how to play is ludicrous.
