After the dead rubber between SL and India I had a feeling India would go on to win the final. It's a pity as I rooted for Sri Lanka, not so much because of our rivalry with India, rather because Sri Lanka are an excellent side and they deserve to win something. After Pakistan's demise I hoped to get some sort of consolation, but it wasn't to be.

Oh it's good to hear Afridi was named Man of the Series, he had a magnificent tournament.
