If we want to cross 300, we have to accelerate somewhat and score a 100 partnership, with someone scoring a hundred (most likely Azhar)

Azhar's game has improved significantly, he is rotating strike better, scoring at faster rate. I feel he is a good learner, can improve as Captain as well. But, I think the issue is CT qualifications - lot's of stake involved & if PAK doesn't make it, someone 'll pay the price; I don't think it 'll be officials or the coaching staff.

Pakistan lacks power hitters. Not a single genuine hitter in this Pak team, closest one is probably Hafeez.

But with this good start they might just inch towards 300.
