the other part of the equation is these guys were willing to learn also, i think that is something lacking somewhat in todays generation players of our side, they seem to want to have their own way/name, instead of learning from the senior pros.... for e.g. not sure how much hafeez / akmals would learn from the liks of younis/misbah on value of not throwing away wickets after getting set / running b/w wickets, etc. becomes more evident in test matches than odis.
