One of the reasons why we lost the last few world t20s and world cup was not because of batting but because of poor bowling rotation.

Babar has a habit of attacking with all his players and not knowing how to use his 5th bowler or use a 6th bowler. Every game which he lost was because of this issue. He is always reluctant to use an extra bowler and when he does use one he has no game plan.

Shaheen panics. When things dont go his way, he starts rotating too many bowlers.

Shadab attacks too much, and doesnt understand the concept of defensive captaincy. He only won the PSL cause of Imad or else Islamabad was suppose to lose this one aswell.

Rizwan on the other hand is very good with field placement and knows how to rotate his bowlers. Rizwan knows when to use and when not use your extra bowler. The guy has captained with very ordinary bowlers and yet does very well. He was an ideal captain, and has experience of SNGPL, Peshawar Region and Multan Sultan where he has captained teams.

Options are there, this is a very old argument that we dont have options just to justify Babar being made captain.

bro reviews are small thing when it comes to captaincy. As major decisions are field placement and bowling changes.

This after WC is what is causing us to lose again and again, Babar has now been give 6 tournaments. No Captain in the past got that much leverage. ANd he is yet to win one

This is not good. Shahid Afridi Shaheen's father in law needs to advise his son in law to move on and do the right thing i.e. play for Pakistan and not speak or even hint publicly how he feels. Shaheen is still young 23 years old and if he keeps succeeding in the PSL for LQ it is only a matter of time before the PCB considers him again. However he has to perform and win big matches for Pakistan as a player first.

Such a nuclear option should have only been reserved for Rizwan.

Even that would have been silly (because of team chemistry) but going back to Babar is a recipe for disaster. No idea what Naqvi and the selection committee were thinking doing this a few months before a WC.
