The India SA game is already done , now given that India will meet Bangaldesh in the Semis , the Indians have booked their seat for the Finals.

OTOH, Pakistan has to win against SL who are no pushovers and have already defeated the tournament favorites India. Even if Pakistan goes past SL and qualifies for the Semis, they will have to fight against another tournament favorite England at their own home to even just qualify for the Finals.

It's amazing how the NZ-Bangaldesh and England -Australia made the road to finals so easy for the Indians.

I was really hoping that Pakistan would defeat Australia in the QF of 2015 WC. Australia at home were too hard to beat for India. I hope this time Pakistan takes out England, but they will have to get past England first. SL probably has a greater chance of beating England in the SF as their batting can really fire sometimes.

I don't understand how India path to the final is easy. Bangladesh won the ODI series with India last time. They should've won that T20 game last year against India had they not tried to be heroic at the end. The likes of Tamim, Mushfiqur, Fizz and Taskin have very good records against India. India are favourites, but on the day, anything can happen. I know the warm-up match where Bangladesh got bowled out for 84, but it was only a warm-up, but we all know Bangladesh generally posts large totals against India's bowling attack. Also, Sri Lanka beat you convincingly. Bangladesh drew the test, one-day and t20 series in Sri Lanka.

India and England are expected to win, but since it's a knock-out, anything can happen on a given day.

We can't cry now when we had to register wins against Zim and NZ to qualify for final in 1999 WC.
Aus came hard and beat us, thats how good teams are made. We should be doing the same. Take it game by game. Our focus should be to get into semis right now.
