I've been binge watching "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," because I was anticipating success at that interview, which was of course in Philadelphia. Now that it has been ruled out, do I have any reason to watch the show? It's grown on me, but it makes me sad to know I won't be returning to my (adopted) home state. Which was why I began watching the show in the first place.

Oh the dilemma. Maybe I should watch re-runs of Fargo. Or Little House on the Prairie. Or Wizard of Oz. All set in the miserable Midwest.

"Your words have made me want to fall in love", writes a girl to me as I tell her how it feels to be in love and how for an emotion it is.

Feeling random shyness right now:22:.

Pakistani_Legend, no way is that working for me. I'll just read the forums and not post.

And Nostalgic, did you grow up in the US? I've never heard anyone use the word dictation for spelling tests there.

Hahaha, post of the century!

You see, I am just using the liberty of being unmarried to pretend that I am going to be the best;-).

No, I was born in what is now Pakistan. Back then, Ranjeet Singh ruled the roost.

I moved to the US for grad school and have been here ever since. My grand kids and great grand kids are all Yanks though, and wouldn't know what dictation is.

PP keeps crashing on my Android browser as soon as I log in, can anyone help me with this?

Is it maybe because of a faulty Wifi?

It happens on Android with me too. I have started to avoid Android. Apple is smooth and classy.

I don't think it is due to a faulty Wi-Fi. My browser works well when I use my laptop.

I agree, Apple is way better, but at the moment, I'll have to make do with Android, or my laptop.

iPhone, and for that matter, most smartphone screens, get to me when I'm using the Internet. I hate them.

I've read in a few places that a bad Wifi signal may cause browsers to crash, and I strongly believe that may be the reason because my Internet's working really sucky these days.

You might want to get it checked, then.

Apple products are very smooth and slick. I don't care about the geeky Android specs when I don't use them anyway. :raja

I am tired of being the "Post of the Week Winner". C'mon, get it off me.

What are you talking about? I have had this title for 3 weeks now, and Kiri won it after me. :yk

What? I don't get it. Looks like I had too much sugar in dinner. :inzi

She means to say that why are you tired of it? You should be happy and rejoice the fact that you have the status of "Post of the Week Winner". Well, at least that is what I can infer. I, for one, would love to have that status next to my username.:afridi

Meh. :ajmal

I don't need these awards.

K. You are self-praising a lot there which is not a good thing to do.:)

Otherwise why would anyone be ''tired'' of a random POTW tag near the username.:P

I was in Dubai last month to visit my cousin who studies in AUD, maybe we saw each other somewhere. :afridi

I have this new regimen/regime, whatever, to post on PP only when I've finished one lesson. It's working, I suggest everyone else to do the same.

Will you opt for AUD or go to some better university outside UAE?

I will opt for a better university outside UAE.

First of all, I have to change my school. My current school utilizes the CBSE(Indian) way of teaching. I have to shift to a school which accommodates the Pakistani way of teaching. I am learning everything about India but nothing about Pakistan, at the moment.

Why do girls love babies so much? Everyone likes them, they are cute but they go crazy when they see one.

Damn you're lucky.

Did you see him? In real life? O_o

:junaid

I saw him but I didn't get the chance to meet him. Our teachers forced us to sit on our seats and not move around.

Junaid has tremendous control. He was practicing with only a stump at the striker's end and he hit it a couple of times.

Also, Shahid Aslam and Whatmore were distributing balls. I got one.:ajmal

Good, but nothing wrong with studying in an Indian style school.

You're killing me. XP

Of all places why did I have to spend my life in the US/Karachi? #ThinkingAloud

Will he do that? My brother hates all things cricket.

My brothers are too much fond of cricket, this one in particular but now I am the one who is the craziest in home because they are too much busy in their studies and hence they get no time to watch the game..Nobody at my home knows that I am Junaid's fan,If I ask him to do that,he will probably, but not sure;plus he is going with college so,Idk

You can never take away a woman´s motherly attitude I think. Such affection is natural in them which takes whole new heights and level once they themselves actually become mothers. Just my observation.

Remember just recently sending my childhood picture to a girl and she was like, "Awww, how cute!" *True story:).*

I hate babies. They all look the same but aunties are always like, "she looks just like her father" or "he has his grandmother's nose" and it drives me nuts!

Plus they cry. A lot. And they can't even play Chinese checkers.

I don't think anyone in my family knows too, but if they paid a little attention, they might notice how my face lights up when he takes a wicket, or how my cricket related conversations (which no one actually listens to) are usually centered on him and his bowling.
