Ooh yeah, it sucked. We didn't even get 10 days before the exam, half the kids I know had given their notes and all away, some had even left for their vacations.

I wouldn't have minded any other subject as much, but I was pretty bad at these two. And the second exams made no sense either, the questions were just... :facepalm:

I only gave Isl/Pak. Studies last year. Everyone else had Urdu but I'm sitting that this year.

Yeah, and some people say that the first paper was never even leaked to begin with..

Pretty pathetic, imo, the way the entire saga was handled. How'd you do on it (you dont have to tell me the exact grades, just generally if you did well or not .. no pressure :) )

I had an Irish prof (in European history) - he was such a sweetheart. He'd always tell a joke in the middle of the lecture to brighten up the class. Usually a drinking joke.. I remember this one - I dont even remember the whole joke, but once he started "Once upon a time, there were three mushrooms.. they went into a bar and ordered their drinks..." And the entire lecture hall was in stitched :))

I happen to be very good at european history (got 92 % in my leaving) so if you ever need any help .... :P

I know, right? I can't believe people who use it... Especially in school. You spend about 7 hours with random people, then go home and talk to them too. :facepalm:
 
hasnt stopped raining.

I love walking in rain though. Very relaxing. Also love when you're in bed and the rain patters so silently against the windows/roof

Yh that's how it is at the beginning, it becomes live afterwards :D (you follow/have followers you don't know but you like their tweets/have similar interests e.t.c.).

DMG seems to be the way to go if I want to do sth good at a grass-root level. But Foreign Service is the main, coveted option..

It depends on a ton of other factors too. My field of study is tied more to Foreign Service, but I can't be too sure of anything as yet.
