That piece of sh!t man. AJ is too class a guy to say no, he worked his @ss off though and put in a phenomenal performance to get Logan Paul over in the dead spot on the card. But is this the place to do it? Another brain fart from H, WM is the showcase of immortals, not the place you start your Smackdown rivalry 🤡🤡🤡

I don't think it's piped in. The crowd definitely seems more energetic than yesterday.
Plus the matches have been good. And the names are those you want to see compete (barring Logan).

The booking was awful for the match. From burying Kross after that pop to burying AJ to a guy who wrestles 2 matches a year.
 
Still clueless as usual regarding booking of Kross. He’s twice as talented as that fake Logan and Yeety but just being used as comic relief for 1-2 second feature in his hometown. They doing the same with Carlito as well.
 
Loved Cena winning but it should have been much more dramatic. The final bit. What happened last year can't be topped.
Dwayne or Seth should have shown up. Disappointed that only Travis the Idiot Scott showed up.

Yeah. Everyone was waiting for Travis entrance to be cut short and to rock enter behind him.

Or as you said, Paul and Seth should’ve entered and allied with John.

H is giving these social media stars and musicians too much power in wrestling matches. First Logan now this
 
Where on earth was the Rock during the main event? What was the point of Rock being there at Elimination Chamber when Cena turned heel but not at WrestleMania? And what exactly was the point of Travis Scott? We are now having random rappers interfere in the main event of a WrestleMania? The second night was miles better than the first night, but the ending was very lame and underwhelming, which is a perfect illustration of Triple H’s era so far.

AJ lost to Logan moronic Paul at a Wrestlemania. What an insult to someone of his talent. If I was AJ, I would have quit on the spot once I was told that I was losing. He deserves so much better.

They need to get rid of the celebrities. Once or twice may be fine but they should have no business interfering in the mainevent of Wrestlemania.
 
Am i the only one who's not a fan of too much surprise involvements in main events? Its been just a year and many people are already feeling deprived that the main event did not have Rock or Rollins or HHH or etc etc appearing out of nowhere to impact the match. I think once in a long time as a surprise element that too with some history and connections with people involved is ok. But if you make a habit of it, people will start underappreciating good matches by waiting forever for a surprise element.

Its just that everyone would have appreciated if a proper wrestler had interfered in place of Travis Scott.
 
One of the worse WM main events. The entire storyline was build upon Cena selling his soul to the Rock but the Rock didnt event turn up. Unless they have some big plans in store for tonights RAW, this storyline is going no where. Cena is retiring end of this year, so have to give up that Championship to Cody again, probably in Summerslam but it will be interesting to see how they play this story.

The ideal thing would have been Rock interfering in that match helping Cena and then Austin, who was present there, comes out battling with Rock. Cody kept the title and Cena would have amplified the heel character in following weeks.

Agree. Celebrity appearances back in the day were impactful and meaningful, such as Mike Tyson at Wrestlemania 14. Now we have clowns like Logan Paul actually winning titles and beating legendary wrestlers. And then we have rubbish rappers like Travis Scott interfering in main event of a Wrestlemania when you could have had the Rock, Seth or Austin interfere. What a complete joke.

Logan Paul basically got a contract with WWE now, but it’s with a very limited schedule. Both Paul & Triple Doofus are raving right-wingers who get along well, originally it seemed like AJ was going to face Bron Breakker and then something changed, WWE is also sponsored by Prime and it’s quiet possible that Paul demanded a showcase match for his own benefit. This match/spot could have been achieved a number of ways but they genuinely feel as though there is upside in elevating Paul and using him for clicks, but he has been in wrestling long enough now and I just don’t see him beyond a mid-card role, AJ exposed him a bit here because he was average when it came to building heat and they should have recognised that in the match. Triple Doofus would never put someone like Paul over but he is petty when it comes to booking ‘outsiders’, he isn’t a business first guy like Vince was.

If they desperately needed Paul to go over they could have booked him against someone else then waste another AJ WM match when he only got a short time left now.
 
I heard H did not mention Rock once during his coma inducing speech at the HOF, I know people are upset that Rock did not show up but he has H by the balls and does as he pleases.

I thought the main-event was fantastic beyond that and Cena worked like a villain, and did his best to get as much heat possible, but the Vegas crowd were still behind him, it was going to be tough given the landmark but both he and Cody worked very hard to deliver a solid main-event, tbh Cena deserved to be the last one to close the show, the other stars would have over-shadowed his moment a bit.

I felt like Cena should have made Cody tap with the figure four but him pleading and giving the low blow to Cody was an equally nice nod to Flair.
 
The women’s triple threat match was awesome. Full of energy. Three great athletes. Damn the women’s division has come a long way and I can’t thank Vince enough for his vision.

I liked the main event except for Travis which definitely makes wrestling look weak.

Cena wrestling like a heel was amazing. Taking breaks outside the ring, fighting dirty. Don’t think it was boring. He’s at the end of his career and as a heel he’s gonna use shortcuts, all good .

Sorry guys, but I don't see how you can continue to defend attention-hogging despo Rock at this point. Looking at you @BunnyRabbit
 
One of the absolute worst WrestleManias I have ever seen. Night 2 in particular was absolute garbage. I feel cheated and robbed as a wrestling fan who spent my time and attention being invested in this. Let's start at the top. AJ jobbing to Logan Paul made me physically ill. However came up with that brass knucks spot needs to be fired from WWE and banned from the wrestling business. AJ was made to look like a complete idiot and a stooge as Logan, the heel, essentially beat him clean in the middle of the ring. To see a legend like AJ treated like this was appalling. The finish was so awful that even MacAfee immediately pointed out that Logan won clean. This was 'set the seats on fire' level stuff. Little did I know what was to follow...

And then you had the main-event. Let's be honest, this match sucked. Cena's offence looked pedestrian and his pathetic punches and kicks stood out more than ever before. But that wasn't even the worst part. I would have been okay with that if that was the worst of it. But no, we had to have Travis f*****g Scott interfere in this match? Why? Who the hell knows? I guess we have come to a point where this cockroach-looking mf is supposed to be the No. 2 heel in the wrestling business. And then you had the finish. I feel like it unfolded in slow-motion at 0.25 playback speed. It was lame, it was anti-climactic, it felt awkward. Basically it sucked. What about The Rock, you ask? My guess is, he was walking around the set of his next box-office bomb asking his P.A to carry his p*ss bottles because he "didn't want to waste time going to the bathroom." Because at the end of the day, The Rock only cares about himself and how he can stay relevant. It's a shame to see how far he has fallen ever since he became a fake a$$ movie-star. The real joke y'all are missing here is how Rocky has sold his soul, rather than Cena. The Rock can go f himself. So can Triple H. Absolute waste of time and energy. Without a doubt one of the WORST WrestleMania main-events I have ever seen.

Wanna give a shout-out to the women: IYO, Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair who tried their best to save this show and delivered a WrestleMania opener for the ages. The 4 Way was also a fun match and it was real nice to see Dirty Dom win the belt after all the fantastic work he has done in past few years. Drew v Priest was a good match, without being anything special. And that's about it.
 
Let's hope Cena title reign is better than that main-event. Because for me, that was a straight up 0/5. And that's a shoot brother.
 
This guy Travis is hella creepy though. Bunch of people died in his concert couple years ago and he just watched and sang some very creepy lyrics in Latin or some other language over them from a very far distance as they were carrying them away. Didn’t even bother to run up and check.

Only a shady individual like triple h would partner with someone like that. Same with Logan Paul mocking corpses in Japan.

This guy couldn’t have found worse people, wasn’t the point of replacing Vince to reduce controversial figures?

This was literally like if a mark from the crowd walked out and cost Cody the match (he even had the replica belt to show it!). Forget for a second that he is Travis Scott. I feel like I could beat the $hit out of this cockroach-looking, toothpick-physique stoner goblin with minimum effort. They made Cody look like a total dumba$$. I was let down as well. But it would have made sense if Dwayne had shown up instead of Travis.

Now in hindsight, I think turning Cena heel at Mania might have been better if they were not going to address that selling that soul thing at all after EC.

It was such an awful theme. I have no idea how someone like Travis Scott is so popular. It was better when Rock Bands were composing themes rather than these weird hip hop or whatever genre fein fein is supposed to be.

But I liked Cena winning the title although they could have gone a lot of different and better routes to achieve it.
Loved it when Cena kind of broke the character walking with the title at the end with a smile while the crowd was cheering him.

Music, and in particulary hip-hop has completely gone down the drain. Someone like MF DOOM is probably rolling in his grave seeing what hip-hop has become.

I enjoyed his entrance too. Completely blacked out lighting and the plain text on black screen just saying John Cena. No video package nothing. Funeral vibe.
 
Only thing that interests me right now is the Seth Rollins turn. Heyman hinted at starting a new faction and I think that could be very interesting. It would give Rollins more credibility as the leader of a group. I am assuming ofcourse that this is a more serious and different version of Rollins. The first name that immediately comes to my mind for this faction is Bron Breakker. But I think this new group would need atleast 4 guys.

thankfully i was never a fan of hip hop.
there are still decent rock bands they could have used but no. but maybe the new generation just listens to that crap.

Justice for Carlito, if I see him at my gym again I will be sad because it means his run at WWE is probably over.

They need to make him a menace like he was in his mid 2000s run. Vince booked him to be a US champ from the get go, h as usual clueless and putting over rappers and social media kids over actual wrestlers.

The funny thing is that this 🤡 pushed him like a monster heel on NXT.

He beat everyone definitively and was basically an unstoppable machine until he ran into Samoa Joe, who has a legit claim to being one of the modern greats. So that loss didn't even really hurt him.

I didn’t think that main event was that bad to be honest but that re!ard coming out can’t have helped and was not needed. And put the blame of what happened with AJ entirely on H, his pettiness, insecurity and strange relationships.
 
Night 2 of Wrestlemania was designed to try and bury CM Punk and his spot.

They went all out on Night 2.

But like many of H’s past backstage politics, it spectacularly backfired when the bell rang.

WM 41 yes will be remembered for Cena’s 17th, but also what a killer match Punk had with Reigns & Rollins.

That stay humble theme song is cringe af all over YT man, I hope Paul’s face gets run over by a bus and then the driver puts the gear in reverse.
 
This is the type of transformation you expect from top Hollywood actors like Christian Bale or Daniel Day-Lewis—not from a pro-wrestler. Just goes to show you how seriously this man takes his craft and how committed he is to being the best. But nah, let's put the belt on the company mascot with the catchy catch-phrase and the cool entrance.

Side-note: He was trying to channel guys like Stan Hansen and Vader when he had that burly physique. It wasn't out of love of stuffing donuts and milkshakes down his throat.

Watched both nights on repeat.

The Reigns, Rollins and Punk match was brilliant.

That should have been a title match
