Tired of Indians and their abuse on social media

It's getting hard to follow cricket on social media whether it's Facebook or Instagram, these billions of Indian fans and their abuses are getting out of hand. Obviously it goes both way but these simple minded people have taken abuses on another level with the hashtag pkmkb. I don't use Facebook but I do use IG and only follow Pakistani pages and they are every where with their disgusting mentality and abuses. World cup is coming and I guess have to ignore the comment section for time being. Aren't you guys annoyed by senseless trolling? It's always Indians hurling abuses on Social media.

Dunno why indians on social media can't be more respectful. Look how respectful english fans are. Indians in general have an inferiority complex and prioritise speaking english well over everything. So why don't they prioritise being respectful.
Not being biased but pakistanis a lot more respectful. But don't worry. The foul talkers are cowards in real life.
I usually reply to those comments but there are so many that it becomes difficult.

Its not inferiority complex. Its the culmination of the 24 hr hatred that the Indian media spews coupled with the Terrorism that happens in Kashmir.

They're everywhere lol. Even on every single football forums. There is a massive football forum, English, where I got banned by a pathetic Indian Mod who got angry when I said there is nothing against Hafiz Saeed in Pakistani courts. As unpleasant as Saeed is. Absolutely ruin every platform from forums, to reddit, to newspaper pages, to youtube. Cursing Pakistan is considered a past time. Not all Indians are like that I suppose, it would be wrong to generalise, we have good ones on PP too. BUt thought I'd share my tidbits.

Tribune and Dawn 2 pakistani epapers are full of indian comments (most are abuses). Although i agree we got some very good unbiased indian posters here at PP

Seen it among those who have recently acquired more money and trying to act as modern.

Which Indian culture you are talking about? North? South? State wise? Lumping 1.4 billion Indians under one umbrella here.
 
Can't really blame the people when their govt ministers are doing it at the highest level. India should have moved far beyond Pakistan by now, but you only have to look at current pictures from their cities to see they are still a backward third world country.

When you get a progressive govt which can see above Pakistan then it will filter down to the people eventually. Education, humility and realistic self assessment will be a step in the right direction.

Beside advice I have is to ignore them and don't engage them by dropping to their low level. If you want to reply, reply in a civil manner and move on.

This way the whole world can see for itself who is the immature one.

At the end of the day nobody likes spammer and bullies. So don't become one their is no pride and honor to be gained by engaging them.

I don't pay much attention to them and also don't let their comments bother me all too much.

However it does bother me when I see them in on YouTube in Pakistan related non-political videos which has nothing to do with India and they are spewing their filth.

What bothers me the most though is when you see them on Pakistani videos, where you see a positive side of Pakistan, like say the Pakistani music, there you see them preaching love and brotherhood. You see them talking about how music knows no boundaries and inda and Pakistan are same thing and brothers.

It bothers me cause I am not sure if they are being hypocritical or if they are the sane and sensible type among the indians. If they are indeed the sane and sensible Indians then why dont they speak up at other times when their own fellow countrymen are spewing bullsh*t.

That's really wrong perception in Pakistan .India now competing with china in all areas like food , manufacturing,defance etc .but we Desi people more contacted to each other due to culture that why we think so much about each other & deabte .
 
To be honest Indians are totally obsessed with anything Pakistan! Even our local content I'll see Indians hurling abuses and then again it's totally the culture there with cursing and tu Tera etc.
My coworker is from India Mumbai and the language he uses is mind boggling.
 
Take it easy OP! Indians are not known for physical combat so let them have their war behind their keyboard. We all need to sleep well.
 
I think this is down to the fact that India has generally been a suppressed and oppressed nation for many centuries. The effect of this is as soon as they sense freedom, anonymity, and victory, they think they own the world and the world owes them. What's more dangerous is the lack of education in India at mass scale, which results in inaccurate information, false memes, and down right filth on social media. Ultimately it boils down to superiority complex, given the poverty levels, they love to flaunt money on social media

When news of Ali's daughter broke, some Indians jumped on social media and claimed - wait for this - 1 less terrorist in the world. The Indian users was banned and reported, but it highlights the mentality of deprived and brainwashed Indians IMO.

Now on PP you get a select few Indians who quite frankly do not come across as Indians because they are educated, and more than likely live in the West. But most of the Indian PPs in my view just post under pretense. They say one thing on PP and on another forum say something else. I always question their motives. If they are going to attack Pakistanis and everything Pakistan then why bother being a member of a Pakistani forum? The answer is simple, to promote the short-lived success of India while seeking approval of foreigners. [Insecurity]

Their obsession with Pakistan though is something else. Just have a look at BBC on FB, any article on India. First they cry BBC is biased, then compare India with Pakistan, but in the end most of them either get banned or pistol whipped by English users.

This is why I have blocked many Indian users on PP. They just do not add any intellectual value barring a select few, and thankfully the social world is seeing the trend. More Indian users have been banned from the cricket FB groups I am a member of than any other nationality. But as it has been said, since there are billions of Indians, it's just a never ending onslaught of social media filth.

Never mind the UN. They have done nothing about the Kashmir plebiscite and when America illegally attacked Iraq. Modi was banned to travel to America before he became PM.
 
Another point is that Indians accuse/describe Pakistani as terrorists. This is it. Beyond this they have nothing else, and even more so this tag is only relevant for past 20 years and based on what the West thinks (The Fair and Lovely complex). Where as Indians are described in numerous terms by all sorts of users around the world; some of the terms are just too abhorrent to post.

Oh I can take it, I just tend to ignore them, but the reality is their contribution amounts to just pure pollution and an unpleasant experience.

Unfortunately on forums such as The Times and Telegraph, it is not possible to mute. On PP it is but it is only effective because Indian users are in a minority. On FB, the FB system is just not programmed to handle the number of blocks to filter out millions of filthy users. Even then, they create a new profile and return!
 
Indian Trolls are like any other trolls. They have a large population and the current leadership has incited and encourages hatred of everything Pakistani. So it’s quite natural that this is going to get worse now with elections done and World Cup coming up.

I can understand that trolling comes in phases, but in this case it is just never ending and relentless 24/7. For example, one of the FB crickets group I am a member of is littered with SRT posts when talking about modern cricket. If Babar scored a century vs England, oh look how many SRT scored vs England. If Ricky Ponting played in 3 World Cups, oh look SRT played in 6. If a player is paid x amount, oh look SRT is one of the richest cricketers. To make matters worse, then the Kohli sycophants chip in and it turns into a Kohli vs SRT rant. The effect is now the mods of that group have pinned a message warning members to refrain from name dropping SRT and Kohli otherwise they face a ban!

They just cannot let go of the past.

I honestly don’t have much time for social media. PP is my one guilty pleasure due to love of cricket. I suggest you cut out the toxic parts of your life that contribute nothing but negative emotions. Quit the problematic platform or remove yourself from the group.

If you stay and argue, you are no better than they are. Use your time spent there in being productive elsewhere.

Sometimes there are certain limitations to be respected.

In this issue it isn't just "it happens" instead "it's guaranteed" when I can't even send a freindly Pakistan related video of no political context to a non-south asian friend without feeling ashamed and embarrassed about flame wars in the comments then I know there is something wrong.
 
I find this thread slightly hypocritical. You guys aren't much better from the things you are saying. Whenever I see an exchange between Pakistanis and Indians online regarding sport, it usually includes the phrases 'Porkistani' and 'gay hind'. Can't lie, it got a few giggles out of me the first time, but surely there should be some semblance of decorum.

No they're not. At least western trolls keep it civil. There's barely any abuse. They don't talk s**t about your family.
Indian trolls are the lowest of the low.
 
Trolls are there from a lot of countries..

E.g. You'll find Pakistani trolls asking Indian actresses to "cover up" at the same time putting lusty messages, sometimes on the same post. During SL blasts, I could see thousands of Pakistani trolls stamping RAW RAW on every post. Bangladeshi trolls are in huge numbers too.

I'm not proud of the Indian trolls - the ones who troll celebrities or Pakistanis or Bangladeshi....you get the point. But Indians are not the only ones out there.

Troll are just useless people having a lot of free time and no ambitions. You should feel pity at them and ignore them.

Internet is now easily available to a large section of Indian society so unless the forums are moderated Indians will rule the online trolling world.
 
The most pathetic comment by an indian i ever saw on social media was recently when ICC announced the the death of Asif Ali's little daughter through a tweet and the comment below by an indian was "Congrats the world has one less terrorist". I have seen similar tweets/posts of indians whenever a Pakistani/Muslims dies but this is the the worse because she was a kid. Indian online abuse isn't just limited to Pakistani muslims i have seen them targeting indian muslims as well in all their online maha bharat discussions.

The worst comment I have ever seen on Social Media, illustrating the heartless, racist, and ignorant, nature that drives the majority of the pollution found on social media. No wonder they get banned left, right, and centre!

This post is a window into the minds of the majority of Indians on the internet. I'm glad more people are seeing the vile nature of Indians.

This comedian made a good natured post and go to the post and see the level of abuse he was receiving... then he made the second tweet.

Trolls are on both sides of the border. Having a population 6x larger and far more internet users per capita than Pakistan, it is expected that there will be more Indian trolls out on the internet.

For example in the commenr section of every India vs Pakistan cricket, war, etc video on Youtube you will find comments like

"P@** terrorists"
"Cow **** drinkers"
"Porkistanis"
"R@ndians"
Etc etc

I can understand Indians hurling abuse to Pakistanis, but Indians hurl abuse to every race, colour, and creed on social media.
 
Indians on the comments sections on streams are the worst...and lol if a girl happens to comment the desperation in responses...first thing i do is turn that Chat box off...
 
Majority are bots. Developed with AI. Israel has done the same and Saudi is now procuring similar services. There’s been a large increase in Saudi twitter/web trolls and there’s enough documentaries on YouTube that show how it’s done. This is being used by intelligence firms (corporations and agencies) around the world to essentially to push out a narrative they want people to believe. Trumps Russia link and fake news on fb is the same thing. That’s why false narratives flood the web much quicker and easier.

Nothing to be proud of by finding american/british parallels. It is a shameful abnormality in the indian culture, introduced by the mughals. Most of the abuses you hear from indians have roots in Mir Jafar Zatalli's seminal work.
 
It is sad how social media has not only empowered the worst sections of society on both sides (and given the rampant illiteracy on both sides and relentless propaganda by state and media they are a sizable lot) but is also systematically exploited to further fan the flames of hatred. Sometimes, I wonder how Hitler and Goebbels would have loved social media and how much easier their jobs would have been had twitter and facebook been there at that time.

BCSPD is a new one I've come accross that insults Indians and what they do with Bulls.
 
One of the worst experiences is watching cricket amongst drunk Indians. They lose control of their mouths.

But anyways, social media has given a platform for weak people of any background to chat filth and rubbish as they know there arent much problems chatting this way and they will have many supporters too.
 
Indians will not say such things in front of others. Try it then see what happens! I have seen Indian people been put in their place many times, it is always a very unpleasant site seeing them with swollen faces! Doing it online allows them to hide like cowards that they are. It is one thing to enjoy the your arch rival being defeated but a very different one to make personal remarks. If they want to get personal then others will do the exact same to them.

Give those trolls some more time to grow up. Thanks to Reliance Jio who has given all these trolls a platform to show their real faces on youtube comments section. Previously only a handful of people used to afford broadband in India but now everyone has access to cheap internet plan and some are using it for these purposes.

Good thing about these cheap internet plans is lots of talented people are coming up in each sector. People are learning new things on internet and earning from it. :inti

There are 1+ billion Indians. Even if 1% are insecure, it equates to a lot of people so it'll be visible on Twitter.
 
Generalization is bad, and using that to spread hatred is much worse. There are jobless idiots and hateful trolls on all sides, sure condemn them but to use that as a leverage to attack a nation should be avoided. And what is this racist talk about culture and society :facepalm:? Social media is not the real world.

Why does Modi start hugging everyone even if the other person doesn't want to!?:P He tried to hug another leader from behind, looked like that famous scene from "Titanic":))):))):))) Surely some Indian politician should tell him to stop this ridiculous habit when the other person is clearly uncomfortable. IK wears shalwar kameez coz he takes pride in Pakistaniat. Troll's would accuse him of a complex if he wore anything else. More Indian's troll Modi then they do IK for giving them a bad name.
 
India has the worlds second largest population on Internet. On Facebook Indians outnumber people from every other country. Twitter Indians are number 2 and same on other social network. For every Pakistani online there are 10 Indians online. Even if we assume only 10% of Indians want to bash Pakistan and say 25% of Pakistanis are ready to defend their country, Pakistanis will be outnumbered by 4:1. Indians just have numerical advantage. You got to live with it and will likely never change

The vast majority of Indian troll's can't even speak understandable English! Having access to the internet does not make them smart! I alone can take care of many Indian's on twitter and Facebook don't worry about that! It is quality not quantity that matters. It is very easy to upset Indian troll's!
 
Indians are scared of Pakistan despite having 7 times larger land, 7 times larger population, 7 times larger economy & 7 times larger resources. They have reasons to be scared too. They know someday Pakistan will break them apart but still can't figure out any solution to this threat. Until they figure out the solution, they will continue to take out their frustration via text & verbal speeches.

Right, it is not easy to upset Pakistanis? this whole thread was created by an upset Pakistani. Trolls are trolls doesn't matter where they come from. Ask Indians they will say same thing, that Pakistanis are trolls and they don't know how to speak English

India has been crying & begging to Intl communities & orgs all those years to stop Pakistan from breaking India & its occupied areas. Your Govt accepts Pakistan's capabilities to do so whenever they accuse Pakistan of sponsoring freedom movements (ala state sponsored terrorism). They keep on blaming all acts of separatists organisations on Pakistan which is their acceptance of the fact that one day Pakistan will succeed. You can't keep on fighting so many separatists orgs forever, some of them will eventually succeed. Historical data also suggests Hindu's are not capable of ruling their land over a long period of time. They have always been vulnerable to foreign occupations & surrenders to internal movements. Even they were far more rich & civilized back then as compared to now. Pakistan's army has not forgotten your country's role in 1970-71 bangladesh. It is written in our army's rule books from day one to always give befitting response to any misadventures against motherland a response not less than three times in magnitude. Sometimes it takes them merely hours (27th Feb 2019) sometimes several years (28th May 1999), sometimes several decades (pending) but they are fully on track to revenge 1971 through their own abilities & some India's internal fiascoes. It is perfect time for you guys to figure out a solution to this threat (though is inevitable but you can always delay it) while Pakistan is busy in internal affairs. Keep in mind, you are running out of time & have very little of it left. Your Govt is fully aware but incapable.
