I want Nazir to take couple of more wickets...I think he'd be a better choice than rao.
 
Looks like the boys have decided to bend their backs second time around. Obviously the weather being less "Sultry" could be a factor!
Anyway Rao may well have played himself in for OT - not a bad thing.

Scrath my whole last post. Usman doesnt look dangerous as he is caught by Rao off Nazir. And their stats aren't identical as Nazir has 3 wickets. Jannisar on, looks like Nazir maybe making his debut. But I wanna see Niazi debut.

& both combine to dismiss Afzaal!

At this stage Rao would be ahead because of his batting, experience and control. If however Nazir was to pick up a Michelle - very possible. Then who knows?
 
No fair for Niazi, he hasn't gotten to bowl. He would have gotten a hat trick if you ask me!

it don't matter that much about how many runs you give up it is about picking up wickets in test match

Latest news from Northants changing room is that Ganguly's injury is not as serious as first hoped, it's only a broken nail and there's no bruising.

However Ganguly has put in a request to the Northants board to grant him 3 weeks leave back home in Calcutta for recuperation on full pay.

The Northants players are said to be considering a whip round to help their board in this situation.

Why is Ganguly crying? What happened? Did he get hit by one of our bowlers or is he pretending to be injured because even Rao, nazir and Niazi are too good for him?
 
i think arshad khan that tall offspinner was bowling too fast and too short, mustve bounced him and now he is hurt.

or was it that he found a 1mm patch of green grass and retired scared

the final chapters of the ganguly story are getting more and more funnier

He cant score a run to save his life, he gets kicked out by guru greg, kiran more says he is an "Allrounder", He keeps getting out to pakistani bowlers, he is being bounced and injured by spinners, and also he has broken up with dalmiya

Let the ganguly soap opera roll on...............

its a miracle i tell you they were able to survive 7 overs without loosing their heads.
 
Farhat and Butt are fantastic cricketers regardless of one bad test match. They will prove it and then everyone will shut up about them and find someone else to bash. I wonder who the next scapegoat will be?
