So in our match today - there was huge jhagra with the opposing team which consisted of a mixture of South Africans and English players as our players, a team of mixture of Indians & Pakistanis, sitting in the pavilion laughed out loud when their keeper spilt a simple catch.

Infact the reason why we were laughing was because our silly batsmen were watching the ball and not completing a run and were shocked when ball fell out of the hands of the keeper.

The opposition took our laughing as an insult and the opposing captain came running out to demand an apology!

He claimed that this was unsportsmanlike behaviour.

It would have unsportsmanlike if players on the field or batsmen had laughed too hard( that abnormal laugh).....
There is nothing wrong with someone laughing in the pavilion. The opposition captain has lost his cool for nothing or maybe he has losing the match.

Even players sometimes laugh when something funny happens on the field... remember Wridhiman Saha and Steve Smith incident early this year and everyone including umpires were laughing.

And today they broke off all diplomatic relations with us!

There's more for laughs

They didn't like the fact that we put all fielders on the boundary in last few overs as the target was beyond reach

What a strange thing!

Like I keep saying in the main cricket forum, there's a reason why I ignore the opinions of people bringing up "the spirit of cricket" :))
