About time we started this thread.

I keep hearing funny comments by the cheeky Mohammad Rizwan to team-mates, officials and to opposition players.

Yesterday when Nauman Ali did a diving stop he shouted "wow, who is this under 15 fielder we have here"

Today a cat appeared on the boundary edge. Azhar Ali starts to chase it off the ground - Mohammad Rizwan to Azhar Ali "don't chase it, it's not been tested and is not in our bubble"

He is very chirpy behind the stumps. Seems like a good personality along with his grit and determination he is a good addition to the team

The cat incident

Some other motivational gems behind the stumps today:

“Himmat nahin harein ge”

“Sibley wala yaad hai na” (For Rassie defending like Sibley)

“Leeke jayin ge” (Referring to getting a wicket at the end of the day)

confidence is high, hes become one of the most important players in the test team and if he can help keep morale up thats great

And seems the cat's travelled to Lahore....

Smooth. :salute

Rizwan has a personality and character about him which not many Pakistan players have these days .

Absolutely. He is captaincy material as well. If he continues the current level of consistency he could easily become Pakistan’ greatest w/k.

I’m happy with Babar as captain, but Rizwan has leadership about him. Not sure making a keeper captain in 3 formats is the way to go.

He seems to be the most hardworking among this current lot. A team player with solid temperament.

Wasn't the most talented but has improved a lot over the past few years and has made a strong comeback. May he keep on improving.
