[VIDEOS] Andrew Tate and brother Tristan to be tried in Romania on rape and trafficking charges [Update on post #1294]

I think this was an old video bro before his recent talks, unless you know its recent?

Also I doubt he would have been banned for this.

Muslims dont need any celeb to make them feel better, most havent heard of him.

Lets not make excuses for an Islamophobe.

Recently, he's been chasing the spotlight and he's been saying controversial things of late to accomplish this. He would literally say anything for a bit of fame. The goal was obvious, to come up with anything outrageous for views.

If he was a real one, he would have retracted his remarks by now but he has yet to do so publicly.

Most Muslims on Instagram and TikTok have heard of him because he's gone viral and spread like a wildfire whenever you go on newsfeed.

For e.g. I've never followed him and never taken any interest because I could see he was a fraud from the outset but I stumbled across 2 x videos of his that randomly appeared on my Insta newsfeed.

I suggested this Tik Tok video was old, compared to his views today. Do you know if this is the case or not?

Since you've not followed him, you might not know so please stop making judgments off the bat.

Do you use Instagram and TikTok? If you do, I would be very surprised if you've never come across a single video of Andrew Tate.

Ive asked a simple question, let me try again. What is the date(when made) of the video you posted? If you dont know , just say.

Again this has no relevance whatsoever because he's not retracted his views of ISIS, Muslims and Islam

If he was sincere he would have done it by now.

Don't be fooled. He's been recently saying good things about Islam and Muslims for clout. But the reality is he believes ISIS is the real Islam:

I knew this guy was a fraud and full of bull**** from the very beginning. @Major

Dont be surprised that its the usual suspects around here that like people like tate.

They dont even understand the danger in what he spreads.
Badically they would even sau that under fos isis recruiment videos should also be allowed....

Do you use Instagram and TikTok? If you do, I would be very surprised if you've never come across a single video of Andrew Tate.

I do not use Instagram or TikTok as I consider both to be junk. I only use FB, Twitter, and Discord.

Never heard of Tate before, TBH.

lol.

Of course he's changed his views if his latest views are praising Islam.

You made a mistake by posting an old video claiming this is his viewpoint when recent videos show the opposite.

Not sure why it irks you when non-Muslims say something positive about Islam.

Right.

I think newer videos should be the focus. What people said in the past shouldn't be counted, unless people still have similar views. We shouldn't get involved in cancel culture like Antifa.

Andrew Tate seems to appreciate Islam nowadays and that's what matters.

We can never be sure of anyone but we have to judge based on what a person feels/thinks now.

This is his long interview, very recent.

Indeed.

He seems genuine in the recent videos he posted. I have no reason to believe he was faking it.

Islam doesn't need approvals of these celebrities. But, it is nice when they say good things about it.

Come on do you really believe this guy is genuine?

Like you said we don't need positive PR from non-Muslims and I would add especially from the misogynist ones.

What is the appeal with people like this, I had not heard of him before but it seems he has gone viral for whatever reason. He isn’t an athlete or fighter is he, what is it that people see in this bloke…we shouldn’t need acknowledgement from peasants, especially when it comes to the world’s greatest religion

From my perspective as an Instagram and TikTok user, the main sources of Tate's virality are his crude comments on his wealth (and the "mindset" to get there) and, most importantly, on women and relationships (as this is where he gained his wealth from).

After seeing many of his videos and opinions, one can only come to the conclusion that he is not a good or admirable man by any stretch of the imagination. He says purposefully outrageous, crude, controversial and border-line incel things just for engagement and his public image, which many young men lap up. This is why I take his comments on Islam with a pinch of salt.

So watched a mini video of Tate.

He is a hybrid version of Joe Rogan (more politically incorrect than Joe) and Jordan Peterson (less politically incorrect than Peterson).

He is spot on some things and mistaken in others. Like the rest of them.

i remember following this guy on insta ages ago, heres my two penny worth of why i think hes become so popular.

1. a lot of people have trouble with the fluidity of political correctness, he riles against it, and happens to, in the process, champion views of people who feel that way.

2. he is actually funny, there are a few interviews where the character slips, where he says stuff so absurd he has to recant becuase he realises hes being too silly.

3. he has revolutionised social media advertising using an mlm model, its people within his program who promote his views, not him alone, u may not agree as to the correctness of it, but hes become one of the most famous people in the world, and hes from luton and lives in romania. if u cannot appreciate the savvy its taken to achieve that you should reassess what hes done.

4. he does not care what anyone thinks of him, he sells an image of freedom and youg guys love that.

the facts are however, hes an alleged former drug dealer, pimp and casino owner. he has definitely used physical intimidation to get his way historically. is he a nice guy, no, but that does not mean all the points he makes are not valid.

his views on economic matters, working, and the destruction of classical families are mostly on point.

Well said bro.

Revisit this thread again, according to some he is the new Imam of Muslims :yk :))

I'd never heard of him before this thread popped up, but now he's making the news in the Times and I'm reading he's been banned from Facebook and Instagram. Freedom of speech certainly seems to have a lot of caveats these days.

Insecurity and identity crises, where the culture doesn't match the religion so tiktok culture prevails

As far as I know this youtuber got Tate banned. And Coffeezilla was going to have a debate with him. In some leaked videos he was seen beating his previous girlfriend and when confronted recently he said she was liking it.

Meta has banned influencer Andrew Tate from Facebook and Instagram for violating its policies.

The former kickboxer rose to fame in 2016 when he was removed from TV show Big Brother over a video which appeared to depict him attacking a woman.

He went on to gain notoriety online, with Twitter banning him for saying women should "bear responsibility" for being sexually assaulted.

He had 4.7 million Instagram followers at the time his account was removed.

That number had grown rapidly from around one million followers in June.

Meta said it had removed the kickboxing star from its platforms for violating its policies on dangerous organisations and individuals but did not provide further details.

At the time of his removal from Big Brother, Mr Tate said the video had been edited, calling it "a total lie trying to make me look bad".

He has not yet commented on the Meta ban.

Analysis

By Marianna Spring, disinformation and social media correspondent

Andrew Tate's videos - promoting misogyny and targeting women - have come to prominence this summer with many teens commenting on just how much he's appearing on their social media feeds.

His content has raised concerns about the real-world effect it could have, especially on the younger users exposed to it during their school holidays when they have time on their hands.

The focus has been primarily on TikTok, where users say they've been readily served up his videos - sparking a new wave of videos commenting on and criticising Mr Tate's content. YouTube has also found itself under pressure since it's where he has racked up millions of views.

I revealed how social media sites promote anti-women hate for BBC Panorama. The investigations exposed how some platforms' algorithms were recommending more and more misogyny to a troll account.

Since then, several sites have made commitments to better protect female users. But, once again, questions are being raised about the role social media sites play in pushing anti-women content.

'A genuine threat to young men'

He has drawn criticism online for his comments, particularly from UK advocacy group Hope Not Hate, which welcomed the most recent ban.

Joe Mulhall, director of research at the group, said Mr Tate "poses a genuine threat to young men, radicalising them towards extremism misogyny, racism and homophobia".

He added: "We've provided significant evidence to the major social media platforms, including Meta, about his activity and why he must be removed.

"We welcome Meta's swift action to remove Andrew Tate and we'll be putting pressure on TikTok to follow this example. They must act now to prevent further spread of these extremist views."

A TikTok spokesperson told the BBC: "Misogyny is a hateful ideology that is not tolerated on TikTok.

"We've been removing violative videos and accounts for weeks, and we welcome the news that other platforms are also taking action against this individual."

'Absolutely a misogynist'

Videos about Mr Tate have proved popular across social media platforms, particularly on TikTok where videos using the #AndrewTate hashtag have been viewed more than 12.7 billion times.

But this number represents not just videos of Tate and his supporters - it also includes videos made by people criticising the influencer.

And on YouTube, some of his most popular videos have had millions of views.

In one video, during which he was interviewed by another YouTuber, he said he was "absolutely a misogynist", adding: "I'm a realist and when you're a realist you're sexist. There's no way you can be rooted in reality and not be sexist."

Later in the same video he called women "intrinsically lazy" and said there was "no such thing as an independent female".

In a different video, Mr Tate said: "If I have responsibility over her, then I must have a degree of authority."

He added: "You can't be responsible for a dog if it doesn't obey you."

The BBC has approached Google, which owns YouTube, for comment.

I would suggest people generally would be better off spending less time on social media.

If you want to learn about life, pick up a book or better yet - live it.

Aye.

Better still - do both.

Andrew Tate is the newest member of the so called "redpill movement" on the internet.
Its basically a group of men on the internet bashing feminism and modern women

Exactly, it's so obvious to see that he's an actor and when he's in role he'll purposefully say all kinds of outrageous stuff to provoke reactions and gain publicity from controversy.

I dont care what he is. Muslims arent waiting for him to lead them into a rosy future.

He's some chap who went viral over a few comments.

No need to dig out old videos of tik to enlighten Muslims he is fraud. Nobody cares, not sure why you dont get this but instead see yourself as the enlightenment embodied in a human.

Tate echoes the sentiments of hardcore Christians and Muslims in the West regarding gender roles, modesty and LGBT movement. No wonder they love him.

In my opinion, he is a misogynist and a bigot.

Andrew Tate has reportedly converted to Islam. Check on Google.

Here's his tweet: https://mobile.twitter.com/CobraTateKING/status/1584549763231322112.

Hope its not a PR stunt but sounds true. When Allah Almighty guides you no power on Earth can stop you.

Maybe bump up the convert thread so we can follow his new life.

One thing for sure Muslims will give him all the support he needs. I don't much about him but I like anyone who is willing to speak what they feel is the truth without being scared of the likes of old cobwebs like Piers Morgan.

Social media has a lot of rubbish, a lot of personal fake arrogance but also has the truth in many parts. BBC or any mainstream TV shows are waste of life, as all have an agenda of some sorts.

This is his recent video where he claimed he converted:

He seems like a good speaker. Charismatic.

All the obnoxious bragging about the women he's slept with and the wealth he's amassed (a quite haram income), let us hope he's sincerely wanting to change for the better and not using Islam's name for headlines, just as he's banned from platforms and his influence is waning.

Not for us to judge in the end.

Good interview. I didnt know much about this chap but he makes a lot sense, thinks what many of us do.

He will no doubt influence many more to look into Islam.

Sadly he will be attacked a lot now but he knows this, respect for not being scared for your beliefs, this is what Muslims do. Muslims and Orthodox Christians are the last bastion against the neo-liberal ideology being forced up on the planet.

You haven't been to Dubai it seems.

Lack of means in comparison to the West. No Bars, No clubs, no open drinking in public, just designated area such as hotels where one can drink, and even then, there's no belligerent behaviour cos the Westerners are fully aware of the consequences.

Still, you picked one point of Alcohol and ignored the rest.

Now, which views of AT do you disagree with and why?

There are countless clubs/bars in Dubai, and you will find call girls roaming the streets at night outside such clubs, bars and hotels.

Not being able to drink in public is a small price to pay for European tourists when they get to enjoy amazing nightlife in clubs, bars, hotels in addition to other activities such as beaches (sunshine which they crave), shopping and above all, more security and safety than pretty much any other tourist destination in the world.

People criticize UAE for allowing non-Islamic practices on its soil but if you are going to make money of tourism then you should realize that white people do not know how to have a good time without alcohol and removing their clothes, and UAE has fully capitalized on this.

They key point behind the success of UAE and the thriving tourism industry is the level of security and safety it provides. You have a better chance of being robbed, raped, stabbed or murdered on Mars.

You can provide the best nightlife and facilities but if you cannot provide safety and security, people will be apprehensive to visit. Almost every popular public place in Europe is a target for pick-pockets which is an alien concept in Dubai.

Full credit goes to UAE government for putting such a robust system in place. Same goes for KSA, Qatar etc.

I do agree with Tate when he says that if you believe in a religion you cannot be tolerant of things that are clearly banned. If you are a Muslim you cannot defend and promote the LBGQT movement because there is no tolerance for it in Islam.

However, he contradicts himself when he highlights UAE as an example of a successful Islamic state when UAE has gone out of its way to promote unIslamic practices on its oil.
UAE has actually sprinted away from Islamic ideologies to become successful.

Watched an interview where he quotes Dubai as an example of an Islamic state where religion is followed how it should be. Lol.

The term is used in context as WE are not consumers of your (imo) backward ideology .. We are a free market and we will choose how to live our lives according to our morals..as Muslims defined by God and God alone. Hope that helps. :)

Because I can see a scam artist a mile away. He is in it for the clicks . And there are plenty of suckers out there for him to fool.

We can revisit this thread in 6 months (in sha Allah).

Some people here are acting like people can't change. Islam has changed many bad people into good people.

Nobody should judge.

I’m not sure what you are talking about here. Religion is not the opposite of economic theory.

Neoliberalism is not my ideology. I would prefer a high tax / high public sector investment economy like Norway. But the country has been heading the neoliberal way since Thatcher. The gap between rich and poor is twice as great as any other European nation. Blair and Brown closed it some, but since Cameron it has opened up again. That’s what is wrong with the UK.

Saw a video of him 2 days ago where he's dancing with bikini clad women on a yacht

He was banned from all social media. Needed more attention which he'll get now. No offence but Muslims get very excited by any converts. And most of them never really convert. Seen it many times in real life as well with "converts"

His views and attention made him a millionaire. He must be laughing to the bank, for that all credit to him as he knows his audience

His view of Islam before his conversion was quite appalling.

He praised Muslims for things like their wives not talking back, staying at home while their husbands drive lambos and their violent responses to criticism.

Hopefully he has converted for the right reasons.

Hopefully he has converted for the right reasons.

In my opinion some male white British reverts are confused by modern life, and often lack a strong male role-model. Islam gives them the rules of behaviour and stern father figure they need to navigate the world.

People choose a belief system to give them what they need. Abrahamism offered me no answers. I looked at Buddhism because it appears to jibe with modern physics, and at neopaganism because it connects me to the ancient myths of the island I was born on.

Tate does NOT have any SM accounts, all his videos are posted by someone else which is SM platforms have banned Tate content via algorithms.

Seeing a video 2 days ago doesn't mean the video was taken 2 days ago.

Critical thinking people, critical thinking.

He converted because he believes Islam is sexist and where men can do whatever they want, he should be getting dislike for this kind of bigotry.

There are many people on this forum who believe the same thing. Hence the love for him on the forum

With all due respect, I don't think he said it like this.

He simply vouched for traditional family values.

Let's revisit what he actually said:

Read my post again.

Alcohol is not served or available like in the West. There are no clubs like Gatecrasher, Godkitchens, Fabric, Gay Bars, Off Licenses, etc in Dubai.

Crowd fund a ticket for yourself in the West first.

Alcohol - an Arabic term by the way after Muslim scientists discovered distillation - is only available in Dubai that too in strict areas licensed by hotels. You will not find alcohol in a supermarket, or civilians drinking on the streets - nope not allowed.

India sells Big Macs, but beef is not allowed in Hinduism. Alcohol is forbidden in Judaism but Isreal has many outlets for alcohol. I guess these nations are not the beacons of the religion they profess either.

But there are. There are literal hookers hanging outside hotels and clubs.

It’s harder to source zamzam water in Dubai than sourcing alcohol

Alcohol isn’t forbidden in mainstream Judaism unless you are following specific sects

You really like to make things up in the fly don’t you?

Judaism is based on the Torah, not the New Testament, and alcohol is forbidden. The sects you speak of are man made for the very reason to circumvent forbidden practices. Just like swine is forbidden in Christianity, until Paul of Saul had other ideas.

This is theology 101.

Some very good points have been raised. A lot of the modern day societal problems have been highlighted.

Here's Andrew Tate's message to those who are not happy with him or his conversion.

dude is smart, you have to hand him that, he's slowly moderated his tonality to make him less cancelable. no one has to agree with anyone a hundred percent, he definitely has a point regarding rich people living a completely different life to wage slaves.

i have no problem with people speaking their minds, and I'm not one for wanting to ban anyone's right to free speech, just would be interesting to see how the internet would have responded had andrew tate hashtagged any of the famous women who criticise him with the tag "loose*****energy". just saying.

Greta has inadvertently given Tate's words more power, she's paying homage to the male apendage thus reinforcing male dominance. Would have been better for her to celebrate femininity if she really wanted to stand strong.

That tweet is being celebrated in social media as 'Greta has murdered Andrew Tate". I would not have a problem with the words used in that fake email ID.But imagine if Andrew had used such language on her.

Indeed.

This is what modern day feminism looks like. It is rabid and one-sided.

Tate shouldn't have responded to a fruitcake like Greta. Greta doesn't deserve a response when it comes to phony issues.

Greta is one crazy girl :))

Tate makes a lot of sense most of the time but his accent is annoying to listen to lol.
