Here, I have to agree with Rana Sanaullah. As a Pakistani nation, we are definitely like this.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“The people love resistance, we did resistance for entire life but this time it goes to the opposite,” Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s Punjab President Rana Sanaullah said in an interview to ARY News.

He said, he has been associated with Nawaz Sharif for last 32 years. He did the politics of resistance. “We have to confess that the PTI’s founder also did resistance.

PML-N leader said, “We assumed that the PTI’s founder could not resist but he did so”. “We have to see, if the PTI’s resistance harmed us or our compromise,” he said. “It seems there is something between their resistance and our compromise,” he added.

“I had opposed formation of coalition government in the party meeting,” Rana Sana said. “I can give so many reasons against my defeat, but I consented”.

“What Javed Latif is saying about election is wrong. I am believing as much about defeat also believe with that certainty that Javed Latif was also defeated”, he said. “Javed Latif has grudge, when he has been defeated in the election, how Rana Tanvir won it,” Rana Sana said. ” I know his pain that could only be relieved with de-notification of Rana Tanvir”.

“It is a peculiar demand to open votes of Mian Sahib’s constituency,” he said. “No selection made in the election, neither someone was targeted, these all are conspiracy theories,” PML-N leader said.

“I exchanged harsh words with Qamar Javed Bajwa over booking me in the heroin case during a parliament function,” Rana Sana said. “The God will do justice over the case you booked me in, I told him.” He denied doing so but I told him you did it. “It was the PTI’s founder who want it, but it was materialized by Qamar Javed Bajwa,” Sanaullah said.

“We failed to dispel the impression that the PML-N has nothing to do with the caretaker government, which was resulted in political consequences,” he said.

“Mohsin Naqvi was not given the ministry only for PML-N but there were some other reasons too,” he said. “Some amendments should be introduced that a member of the caretaker set-up should not become the part of the elected government”. Now every caretaker government will take steps to keep their political clout intact,” he said.

He said, “Faizabad sit-in was the Tehreek-e-Labbaik’s decision, it is misperception that someone had ask them to stage sit-in”, former interior minister said. “I had talk with them as Punjab’s law minister before their leaving Lahore,” PML-N leader said. “They demanded resignation of Zahid Hamid. We said the decision will be taken after inquiry of the matter by Raja Zafarul Haq”. “When the inquiry report could not complete after four days, they promised to remain peaceful asking us to let us go”.

“Federal government and the agencies decided not to stop the protest, which was feared to be resulted in loss of lives,” PML-N leader said.

“The talks in Islamabad were failed and the government, initiated a crackdown that was resulted in failure,” PML-N leader said. “Faiz Hameed and Qamar Bajwa than said to tender resignation to end the protest”.

“It is a misconception that someone had instigated the TLP,” former interior minister said.

“The PTI’s founder could inflict self-destruction or destroy the country. Now it has to be seen, what he is going to do first”, PML-N leader said.

He said politicians and political parties are responsible for political destabilization and they should confess it. “Currently, only the PTI’s founder has been a hurdle in political stability in the country,” he added.

I exchanged harsh words with Qamar Javed Bajwa over booking me in the heroin case during a parliament function,” Rana Sana said. “The God will do justice over the case you booked me in, I told him.”
I am amazed that the PDM still named him as the interior minister and that too with Bajwas as COAS then. Just don't understand why he is stirring controversy now? Looks like a pressure tactics against establishment.

Nawaz Sharif’s narrative will prevail in PML-N: Rana Sanaullah

Addressing a presser, Rana Sanaullah said that the PML-N Punjab chapter requested Nawaz Sharif to resume the party presidency, citing his leadership as crucial for the party’s success. He said that during the PML-N Punjab meeting, a resolution was passed, requesting Nawaz Sharif to once again lead the party in this difficult time.

“Nawaz Sharif was named the PML-N’s lifetime Quaid (supremo) as honor and respect but the operational position belongs to the president of the party,” said Rana Sanaullah.

The former interior minister said that Nawaz Sharif was removed from the premiership and PML-N’s presidency through a ‘conspiracy’ in 2017.

He said that the proposals of the meeting of the PML-N Punjab will be presented to Nawaz Sharif upon his return from China as well as to the party’s top leadership.

Rana Sanaullah said that the party stands strong with federal and Punjab governments as they are working to address the country’s economic difficulties and improve the people’s well-being.

He also hailed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s efforts to address the country’s economic challenges and Punjab Chief Minster Maryam Nawaz’s efforts to provide relief to the people of the province.

Earlier, Rana Sanaullah has said that the votes go to resistance, and one should confess that the PTI founder did resistance

His ego is butthurt that the establishment appointed Mohsin Naqvi as the interior minister. He has been openly stating in interviews that there need to be laws i.e. individuals who have served in caretaker administrations must go through a cooling period for a number of years before they are allowed to serve the federal government.

Establishment won’t have objection over talks with PTI: Sanaullah

In a media talk former interior minister said that the key people in current establishment have a positive mindset and no personal agenda.

“They only want the country being steered out of the economic crisis and move to the positive direction,” PML-N stalwart said.

He said, “Unfortunately a group of people have entered in the politics, which have no link with politics or democracy”. “They want to be imposed over people by the establishment again. This gang wants elimination of all political parties except them,” Sanaullah added.

Rana Sanaullah in an early presser said that only Nawaz Sharif’s narrative will prevail in the party, “be it reconciliation or resistance, it does not matter.”

The establishment made PTI popular against Nawaz Sharif, and PTI and the establishment were best friends. However, differences of opinion led to their parting ways.

Nawaz Sharif ready for grand dialogue with PTI founder: Sanaullah

In an interview with a private TV channel, Rana Sanaullah emphasized the need for a grand dialogue with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), stating that unconditional talks are the only way forward and the only option for resolving issues and creating a conducive environment.

He said that PTI is a reality that cannot be denied, whereas “Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari are also a reality, Sanaullah added.”

Rana Sanaullah stressed that if dialogue is political, then political parties should be included, and that institutions can also be part of the grand dialogue in the next phase. He emphasized that the inclusion of institutions in the grand dialogue is crucial for progress.

It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan Terheek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, who is incarcerated in Adiala Jail, ruled out ‘any deal to seek his release’ and urged the courts to expedite hearings of his cases.

Talking to journalists in Adiala Jail, Imran Khan noted he has been saying for the past 18 months that he is ready for talks, but not for a deal, emphasising that deals are made by those who want to flee the country, like Asif Zardari and Nawaz Sharif.

The deposed prime minister noted he had constituted a three-member committee for dialogue, adding that no retired general has been tasked to hold talks. “We are ready to hold talks with everyone, except three political parties – PML-N, PPP, and MQM-P,” he added.

He asserted that dialogue occurs with adversaries, and PTI’s most formidable adversaries are the ones with whom dialogue will be initiated.

PTI rejects Rana Sanaullah’s ‘grand dialgoue’ offer

In a recent episode of ARY News program ‘Sawaal Hai,’ Rauf Hassan asserted that the PML-N’s Rana Sanaullah and Shehbaz Sharif are ‘dummies’, PTI will only holds dialogue with the ones with the ‘real powers’.

Rauf Hassan remarked that engaging in dialogue with Rana Sanaullah or Shehbaz Sharif is futile since they lack the ability to offer anything substantial.

He maintained that the ‘messages’ are constantly being communicated through Rana Sanaullah and Shehbaz Sharif, who are merely spokespersons of the people having ‘real powers’.

“They [real powers] are politically ‘covering’ the dialogue, PTI wants to hold dialogue directly as they have no alternative,” Rauf Hassan said.

PTI’s spokesperson added that the negotiations have been taken place with Maulana Fazlur Rehman, and the trust deficit between them is diminishing.

“There is hope that he [Fazlur Rehman] will support PTI in opposition movement,” Hassan said.

He disclosed that the dialogue the with the JUI-F is being held at the behest of PTI founder, adding that the PTI is developing a close working relationship with Fazlur Rehman and JUI-F will support the protest.

Responding to a question, Rauf revealed that the PTI founder assigned a role to Arif Alvi, he continually engages with influential circles as a party president would, as the former president’s experience and connections could play a crucial role in dialogues.

“Arif Alvi is an ‘ambassador-at-large’ for PTI, following the PTI founder directives,” Hassan stated.

Referring to the incarcerated former Prime Minister, Rauf Hassan mentioned that investors are eagerly awaiting the return of PTI’s founder to power.

The release of PTI founder is imminent; he will be out within months if not weeks. He emphasized that PTI’s founder is unjustly detained.

Regarding the former army chief, the spokesperson for PTI asserted that despite Qamar Javed Bajwa’s assurances to PTI’s founder that nothing was in motion, all their desired outcomes have materialized, which can highlight a substantial contrast between verbal promises and actual deeds.

Imran Khan is regularly getting banned in jail: Rana Sanaullah

Lahore: Adviser to Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah has stated that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government will act according to the directives of the federal government. Imran Khan is regularly being provided with prohibited items in jail.

Speaking to the media, Rana Sanaullah mentioned that the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is Tis Mar Khan, Ali Amin Gandapur is firing in the air, and there is nothing substantial happening. If the establishment wishes to engage with PTI, then why did we halt it? PTI has been at odds with the establishment from the outset.

The League leader noted that PTI aimed to eradicate the opposition during its tenure. When the establishment did not back them, they accused others of being Mir Jafar and Mir Sadiq, meddling in politics. Looking at the scenario of Imran Khan, it appears that everything, even prohibited items, is readily available in jail.

I condemn this behavior. Targeting anyone in such a manner regardless of their political affiliation is unacceptable.

Rana Sanaullah gets another key ministry

A notification was also issued in this connection.

Earlier, Federal Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal was serving as IPC minister.

Rana Sanaullah has also been given the status of a federal minister.

Last month, President Asif Ali Zardari had approved the appointment of Rana Sanaullah as the Adviser on Political and Public Affairs on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s advice.

Recently, Sanaullah was made the head of committee for social media legislation.

Addressing a presser in Islamabad, Federal Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar announced the constitution of the committee and said that many countries have already enacted legislation to govern social media.

The newly formed committee included federal ministers, including Azam Nazeer, Attaullah Tarar, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and Shiza Fatima.
