I would like something above 400 but is our batting line-up capable?

We may be doing well now but things can change quickly sometimes but lets hope for the best. Lot of time left in the match so time not really a factor in my view.

There is more than enough time to get this to 450 +
I guess we will bat until around 10 overs after lunch tomorrow, leaving 140 overs to get the wickets

So should get there as batting will be easier against a tiring attack

We got full quota in today, so I think we should be good for 178. I would be looking to bat 35 overs at 4.5 an over and that gets us to a lead of 475.
And 133 overs to get them out. Then we can go all out attack

It will be 143 overs, then. Pakistan should eye for a 500 total IMO.

We have bought ourselves some more time.
We should come out for 4 5 overs now and start systematically running down the middle of this wicket, give them a run around and get them in.
145 overs that will give us, and the game will be safe too, so no need to worry about any freakshows
