3 idiots is the rage!

I watched it yesterday. Extremely entertaining.

Some of the scenes were downright hilarious. Excellent movie and once against Aamir Khan delivers.

Will watch 'Three Idiots' tonight:19:.

It will add a great coincidence as the last year on the very same date (31st of December) I watched Aamir Khan´s last released film 'Ghajini':D.

Watched Invictus today.

Amazing movie. 9/10.

Morgan Freeman was amazing in his role portraying Nelson Mandela. Absolutely stunning. I loved the story and Matt Damon was pretty darn good as well.

'Three Idiots' (from Bollywood):

Was an excellent film and probably the film of the year 2009:14::19:!!! Aamir Khan is truly an exceptional actor who always comes with a very new and different idea:14:.

However, I think the end should have been a little better than that. I think it was a little boring at the end, otherwise a fine film:19:.

The comedy was hilarious though:))!

Have you watched 3 Idiots, yet ? If not, do yourself a favor and watch it. You'll laugh your head off. I'm saying this since I know that you do watch Bollywood movies.

Thanks Bublu for recommending such a wonderful film:19:!

The Taking of Pelham One Two Three (1974)
The Taking of Pelham 123 (2009)

I actually thought it was pretty good. :( I just saw The Dark Knight. It was a fantastic movie. Heath did a great job as the Joker.

Pretty busy. I don't get much time to do anything. Only during the holidays I do.

'All The Best' (from Bollywood):

Probably one of the best comedy movie of the year 2009:19:!!! The enemity between Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgan was hilarious:))):))!!!

Am watching 2012 right now. Seems like another cliché end of the world movie..

Up in the Air

loved it, George Clooney is gr8 in it, story's good too... mix of drama, comedy...

8/10

Watched it yesterday once again:)))!!!!

Sherlock Holmes

awesome stuff. had heard from somebody that "it's sort of like a Guy Ritchie movie" but didn't realize going in that it was ACTUALLY a Guy Ritchie film! really enjoyed it. Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law do a good job. it's not at all like the books but I don't think that was ever the intention. hopefully the sequel will be just as good.

'Wanted' (from Bollywood):

Very rarely do I appreciate Salman Khan films but this one was truly a one man show:19:! Not a great story, script, concept etc. but it was just his style that made it worthy to watch.

For the 1st time, I actually liked the Heroine.

Oh Gosh, I forgot her name. :P

Robert Downey Jnr playing Sherlock-Iron-Man-pugilist-super-sleuth-Holmes, well that was different!

Think the best movie of 2009 and of the Noughties is James Cameron's 3D cine-spectacular Avatar - catch it at BFI's IMAX, largest UK screen for best appreciation,

2 great movies from back in the day:

KHEL-1992.jpg

and

83251-large.jpg
(Magarmach waali movie :P )

Just watched half of the documentary, 'The Arrivals.' Don't know if anyones watched it but it definitely is an eye opener to everything from the approach of Dajjal, War in the Middle East and how the media/propaganda serves to indoctrinate us. Makes you wonder just how in control we are of our lives, if at all.

You seem to be watching a lot of terrible movies, and they all have one thing in common...

I've been snowed in for the last few days so I've been watching quite a few movies:

The Soloist - Decent
Zombieland - Decent
Away we go- Good movie. Started off great. The last 20 minutes or so weren't amazing but still a good watch.

Gahjni. Aamir Khan is a brilliant actor. I really enjoyed the movie too. It had an interesting story line to it. But I seemed that they copied the story line from an American movie. :13:

I just treat such films as a "time pass":26:.

Up In The Air. really liked it. it's a little depressing but still very enjoyable.

Perfect Getaway

Stunning cinematography and excellent acting but story not that good

The original is different...more gritty and some scenes are like w.tf? You will know when you see it.

This is a serious post like always

Breakin'

I can't remember the right way to write it. It is a break dancing movie and I saw it first in early 80s. Watched it for about half hour early this morning as I was deciding to sleep for another 30 min or get up

Watched Sherlock Holmes the other night - i reckon it would have been very good if i didnt keep on falling asleep (it wasnt because of the film, i was knackered)

Anyhow i have my tickets booked to watch Avatar on tuesday night - I cant wait (will make sure i have plenty of sleep before hand :D)

'Dhol' (from Bollywood):

Quite an old film but was not bad to watch. The comedy in it was worthy of giving it a go:19:.

Dulha mil gaya

hahaha wat a movie ...everyone acted badly but srk wins it :P haha

The kite runner. Ive heard that the book is much better, but a great movie still and very touching.

The Wrestler.

Good movie. Has a certain gritty realism about it.

Star Trek. Decent movie especially if your a bit of a Trekkie.

State of Play.

Starring Russel Crowe, Ben Affleck and Rachel McAdams. (And I liked her. :P )

Rachel-McAdams.jpg

Yeah she's been in four decent films recently - Married Life, State of Play, Time Traveller's Wife and Sherlock Holmes. All four were very different movies that I enjoyed for various reasons (though not solely/mainly because of Ms. McAdams' presence in them!) :)
