Iftar :

2 roti + Palak Ghost

    1. California Medjool Date + Water + Orange + Banana + Apple
    2. Chana Chaat
    3. Rice + Oven (Grilled) Chicken

Jalebi
Piaju (type of crunchy Bangladeshi snack; lentil and onion fritter)
Yogurt and flattend rice mixed together
Woodapple juice (bael sharbat)

lamb mince meat kebabs

So do you guys usually lose weight, gain weight or it remains the same, during and after this month?

I was 213 pounds in May 2024.

I am now 197 pounds. Lost 16 pounds in around 2 years.

Anyway, I was 191 pounds like 3 months ago. So, gained 6 pounds again in the past 2 months.

My weight has been like cryptos. Very volatile. :inti
