At sehri it’s impressive how much some of you are able to eat mashaAllah,

On a low activity day it’s usually just a cereal and especially if I ate a bit more during Ifthar.

Otherwise egg/toast & a protein coffee
 
Barely have an hour between Maghrib and Isha so have to be quick.

Plus the food coma during Taraweeh is not ideal 🤣 :afridi1 :asghar

So I eat more after.

I am usually the same and have a more normal amount, I struggle more with the hydration as I try and last without making wuddu again, but now get to a point that if I need to then will just to. Afterwards I tend to look for a sweet thing

trick is to douse yourself in attar and cologne creating a scent shield so even the strongest butter chicken infused dakar doesn’t disturb your focus. :wenger
