I know we Pakistanis think otherwise but would be great to hear everyone's views on this question. So ODIS and T2OIs only.

Overall Pakistan
However in Odis I think it’s even between Pakistan and Australia
A full strength Australian bowling lineup in Odis is undeniably good: Starc, Cummins, Hazelwood and Zampa
I don't get why people rate the Australia attack so highly. These are the scores their "best" bowling attack let India score in the recent ODI series:
1. 281/7
2. 252/10 (not bad)
3. 294/5 (47.5 overs)
4. 313/8
5. 243/3 (42.5 overs)
Sorry to say a bowling line up of Cummins, Coulter-Nile, Faulkner, Zampa and part-timers is hardly a challenge to Amir, Hasan, Junaid/Rumman/Shinwari, Shadab, Imad/Hafeez
No one is saying that attack is the best in the world. But a line up of Starc,Hazelwood, and Cummins when fit is a brilliant attack.
They are never fit.

Unfortunately they aren't but when they are they are brilliant. Also have to take into consideration,Australia don't take bilateral LO series seriously.
LOL at South Africa.
Their attack is Rabada, Morkel, Paterson, Phelukwayo and Tahir. That's one very good bowler, two good bowlers, one average bowler and one poor bowler. I'll give it 6.5/10. Good, but not the best in the world by any chance.
England is average too. Plunkett, Woakes, Stokes, Ali, Rashid, etc. Not a great attack. 5/10.
Australia is the only competition really. But they are never fit.
Even when they are fit, not great.

Eng. vs Aus. at Birmingham and Eng. vs Pak. at Cardiff.
England won 240/4 by six wickets against Australia.
England lost 211/10 by eight wickets against Pakistan.
You might argue that Birmingham pitch is flatter than Cardiff.
Remember, England managed 310 against NZ at Cardiff in the same tournament.

While NZ got 290 against Aus. http://www.cricbuzz.com/live-cricke...z-2nd-match-group-a-icc-champions-trophy-2017
Also, when Pakistan played at Birmingham they got India (best batting side) 180 all out.
So I'd say Pak. are easily the best.
So because of 2 games, Pakistan is a better attack LOL?
I have followed Australias attack and our attack for a majority of there careers and I can say that Australia edges them.
Heheheh Coulter-Nile, Cummins, Zampa [current squad v India] edge out Hassan Ali, Amir, Junaid, Shinwari, Raees and Shadab. Ok add Starc, Hazlewood and bowling on dead wickets in there still it makes a real delusional post.
But but Bumrah is the best bowler in history....LOL
