Why there are no fast bowlers in spider's web? & no spinner in team chin music .

That is unfair You need to rebalance teams putting little more thought process in it.
Every team must have atleast 1 all rounder,3 fast bowlers,1 or 2 spinners.

He has put in some hardwork and that must be appreciated first.
The points highlighted by you are genuine but i think OP has gone with the flow of team names; which has resulted in some teams being imbalanced.

Wow! Great effort by the OP. Hopefully in one of the T20 leagues we can see a team similar to one of the ones you have proposed. I would go with team mass destruction. On such short boundaries with very aggressive players and world class bowlers - they would be hard to beat, only 1 or 2 of them need to fire.

Great effort. I think Teams Mass Destruction and High Score would make it to the finals, from there on it could be whoever plays better on the day. Also need a Team TTF, which would almost exclusively consist of Pakistani players I suppose.

Yea but the thing is all of their bowlers are prone to getting hit. Thisara, Morris and Russell aren't world-class. Santner will struggle with short boundaries.

I'll take RR (Relaxing Rhinos). I guess, teams will play 14 games each, 7 at home & 7 away.

Now, if I look at RR, they have a solid batting line-up, not spectacular - means they won't score 444 in some day, but very reliable unit. Azhar is an weakness in batting, but not necessarily he has to bat as opener - there are alternate openers. What makes their team strong is the 50 overs of Rashid, Wood, Cummins, Rubel & Bumrah. Rubel is a weak link, but he can share overs with Williamson. Only team with a better attack is Chin Music, but their top 6 is Soumya, Thirimanne, Stanikzai, BTaylor, Sarfraz & Woakes.

Only weakness of RR is Azhar ALi Captain, but I think OP has tried to distract posters here by putting Azhar at top & making him Captain; otherwise it's most balanced XI. Azhar'll go for the toss, and convey his team what Williamson wants them to do - problem solved, he speaks decent English as well. This team will be very good at Headingley - this is one key factor of my judgement. With the respective attack, if I judge teams at home (7 games), RR is the best fit for home games.

For a side note, who is going to finish at bottom, is probably tougher question for me. I think, I'll take Spider Webb - in this game is, critical factor is bowling, while all-rounders has to link a team, not form the core of a team. SW'll need to bat first every time, they don't have any pacer to bowl first. SW is obvious choice for last, my penultimate bottom will be PP - they are playing 8 games at MCG!!!!

Well the best 2 teams in my opinion are
Team Chin Music and Team High Score, they would be finalists.

And it would be down to the bowling of Chin music vs Batting of High Score. In that sense, it is similar to Pakistan v India, It's difficult to pick a winner. Probably, the team batting first would win.

You need above average batting and at least half decent bowling to win and I felt only the above 2 met this criteria.

Team High Score - Going by the name it is no surprise that this has the best batting line up but those bowlers would result with the team fortunes resembling with what RCB are going through this season in the IPL.

Why would the team batting first win?

Well if High score batted first scored 280-300 in a final, chin music couldn't chase it with that batting line up. Chin music scoring 250-275 batting first, High score couldn't chase it against that bowling attack. The pressure of a final, both the teams would struggle to chase.
