Back to back disappointing results for Pak in their strongest format. Which of the results do you think was worse?

100% this one

How can you draw/lose a home series to a side missing 11 first team players???

2 terrible series and we got what we deserved in both series.

Poll has been added.

This series for sure.

At least against Afghanistan, we can pin our loss on our inexperienced players faced off against a fairly strong Afghanistan side with their best bowlers, in what is basically their home turf.

This time, we had our basically full strength side on our home turf and they flopped.

This should be more disappointing.

Not being able to defend 190 against a mediocre kiwi side. Pak bowling attack was a huge let down.

Cricket is a team game and it takes years to build a team. You can't just put 11 new players in a team who never played together and expect them to win. I was quite surprised to see the poll results of that AFG vs PAK series. All posters who picked Pak to win against Afghanistan exposed their knowledge of the game. Pakistan was never winning that series.

Against New Zealand, we played our full strength team and should have won the game, but bowlers took it easy and thought the game was already in the bag after getting them 3 down in just 4 overs.

Apart from one series win against South Africa, Pakistan have been shambolic ever since teams started visiting the country again. Maybe other countries should follow NZ’s example and just send their ‘B’ teams in future.

Shadab's head definitely needs to roll.

He has been performing horribly since the PSL and he continued to play a frontline in both series which we have been humiliated in.

Usama Mir can step in. Shadab meanwhile needs to be removed from the squad and sent off to the NHCP for some technical work.

NZ series definetly. You were with full side at home against weaker opposition. Afghanistan series was a big challenge

Babar
Shaheen
Rauf

All need to go. They are not as good as they think they are

Which 11 first team players were missing?

Genuine question since I did only follow the series in bits and pieces.

Vs NZ C

We had the world's 2 best batsmens (babar and rizwan) and worlds best bowler shaheen afridi vs new zealand C Team

Babar Azam getting away with another series defeat as captain as if its okay, no biggie. We have seen enough of this for over 4 years.

Pakistan rested a few of the main players for a series against Afghanistan in familiar conditions and still lost the series. New Zealand on the other hand were missing lots of their first choice players but still managed to draw a series away from home. If the 4th game hadn't rained out, who knows they might have even won the series. Pakistan on the other hand still rely heavily on Rizwan, Babar and Shaheen, the rest of them are only making up the numbers to be frank.

Whitewash to Afg is far worse. Pakistan having close contests with Afghanistan of all teams in recent times shows how far we’ve fallen. Almost lost to them at the Asia cup last year. Man how embarrassing would that be.

NZ is still a name brand. If India lost a series to Afg in a whitewash, you best believe the whole system is getting revamped from top to bottom.
