Who is racist in this case?

I'm in the same situation. I'm at McMaster university and I'm in a group full of Chinese students that I was put in at the start of the semester and it's for the whole semester!!!!
And they don't wear masks. And they are all clearly international students fresh from China. What should I do? I have generally avoided contact with them and kept interaction to a bare minimum, but I will have to present with then a few times.
