Would any winner of any edition of the World Cup defeat a Rest of the World XI?

I have been trying to analyze whether any winner of any edition of the world cup would have overcome a rest of the world xi of that year.The closest to me was perhaps the 2007 and 2003 Australian teams ,followed by the 1979 West Indies team.Personally I feel none would defeat a rest of the world world cup xi.Strongest rest of the world xi was in my opinion in 1999 if you remember the quality of players in Pakistan and South Africa followed by 2011 with abundant talent in Sri Lanka,Pakistan and South Africa.

Australia in Worldcup 2007 was sush a force that I feel they would've easily beaten a RoW xi. That Australian side infact played the brand of Cricket that is now being played by most teams. That Australian team was way ahead of their time in terms of fitness, fielding and in terms of playing a attacking brand of cricket. Their batting was much like todays batting. you gave them a good pitch, they scored 320+ even in that time(you can add 10-15 runs to that score as ODI were played with a single white ball & 5 fielders were allowed to field outside of the circle in the middle overs).

Even today, I feel without much changes this side can still be competitive against modern sides. that's a testament to how far ahead of their time they were.
