That's the name of the game. Pak claimed they shot 2 but one fell on the India's side. India's claiming they lost only 1 and also shot 1 of Pak's that landed on the Pak side. Embarrassing really.

India confirms pilot missing and aircraft down
Spokesman Raveesh Kumar says that India has "unfortunately lost" a MiG-21 and that the pilot is missing.

He said India is assessing the situation and acknowledged Pakistan said it was holding the pilot.

No one really cares about India encroaching Pak air space when Pakistan not only did the same but also down two jets and captured three pilots. What people should be upset about is India killing two children during their LOC firing.

I think Pakistan has given them a good response.

However they shouldn’t overreach and play this smart.

If India wants to desesclate then Pakistan can do it now. Full war is not going to solve anything.

But really the ball is in Modi’s court as he started it so it depends what he will do next.
 
Anyone saw the video where Pak Army was trying to protect the arrested pilot from villagers on LOC and keeping them away? It was sad to see but it's hard to imagine what those villagers on LOC go through during these regular firings so they were trying to release their anger.

I saw that video. The pilot guy received some heavy punishment in 3-4 seconds. The Pakistani soldiers were unable to control the crowd. They almost lynched him. Damn.

That does not make any sense. He was the one who shot down one of your fighters. That was a stupid move by him to enter Pak in the first place.

I think their population know now what’s really going on. They didn’t achieve anything from yesterday’s miscalculated adventure.

If you listen to Imran's speech he says that Pak fighters crossed the LOC today and the Indians chased after them at which point they were shot down in Pak airspace.

I have seen CNN, BBC, Sky newz. Al jazeera. Everyone wrote Pakistan shot down 2 Indian aircrafts.

No newz about any pakistani F16 shot down.

What evidence? Pilot captured? That is known to all. But unlike India...Pak didnt entered Indian airspace. IAF was chasing down the Pak jet which was trying to enter India and in the process if chasing entered Pakistan and got captured.

We salute his bravery and perhaps ultimate sacrifice.

It hasn't been confirmed by [MENTION=76058]cricketjoshila[/MENTION] or [MENTION=147347]Canford Cliffs[/MENTION] so its fake news. Though they have confirmed our F16 been hit, even though we weren't using it. So the only credible news is the f16.

I hope now cooler heads sit down in Delhi and put some sense into Modi. You cannot just waltz into a sovereign nuclear armed country and not expect them to retaliate.


Pakistan is not Nepal, Bangladesh or Myanmar.
