The Indians have played cautiously. There hasn't been much on offer from the pitch. The pitch report said that there would be movement early on and even more under lights which is why it is surprising that there were no lethal outswingers from the Steyn-gun.

Cricket is not about being fair game. Market demand right now is to make batting friendly rules mainly because of Indian fan base.

Even with all these batting friendly rule and flat pitches, big bats. Imagine there is no over limit on bowlers, all of a sudden score comes down to 70-60 runs if not more. We don't take out batsman if he hit 100, but we do take out bowler after 10 overs.

Cricket as a sports is making a fast food kind of mistake (thinking fast food as real quality meal), cricket is beautiful game when there is contest between bat and ball, it's bad bet to take bowlers out of the game. Game will loose it's important nutritious component.
