Pitch is an absolute classic. Excellent for fast bowlers, great for strokeplay
 
Somehow I feel that someone behind the scene is in love with Sami. His failure in England should have been his last chance!
 
Would be nice to see Akhtar back in action! Let's see how the Pakistani bowlers do! I think Smith is batting first 'cuz the pitch will deteriorate tremendously on the last day. Batting on last day would be very difficult.
 
Sami has been given yet ANOTHER chance. If he doesn't deliver, I might just start crying. Other than that, Akhtar is back! :D

No AAG attack, though.
 
M Asif and Shoaib Akhtar last played together in a test match way back in Karachi vs IND and we all know what happened there!!

one crap test bowler (Rana) replaced by another (Sami)
 
Toss was critical on this pitch. Fourth innings chase will be tough. Got to get SA cheaply in the first innings. who won the toss in the last test?
 
Hope England finish off Aussie soon so we can watch this game on TV!

As for Team selection - the random team generator program must have a new version on BWs Laptop !!

shoaib barely crossing 140kph. Don't think he could have played the first test.
 
Bowling well but we need to get wickets because it will be quite hard to get wickets later!

along with taking wickets pak needs to keep the rate of scoring down ....and as for us people who want to watch cricket on foxsports have to wait atleast2 hours more as australia is playing damn slowly

Additional comment re email addresses - if you post an email address you're opening yourself up to spam mail as spambots trawl forums like this for email addresses and the like...
 
27/1 8 overs ... & Mashallah Australia's run rate is getting even lower so we might have to wait even longer
 
so is shoaib looking terribly unfit as everyone was saying ?
