He may not like the dust in Multan, but hes had a good 12 months for Eng.

The comeback 100 at Nagpur has changed his career immensely

pulled 4 by Collingwood. Positive start for the Durham man.

Where does Vaughan fit into this team?
If Strauss and Cook arent doing the biz by the time he's fit then one of them will be out of there faster than you can say "Duncan Fletcher favouritism".

For those watching - did KP nick it??? Bucknor says NOT OUT. Lee thinks otherwise...

Bucknor is having a brilliant series. It didn't touch the bat.

93.3
Lee to Pietersen, no run, oooh a cracker from Lee, Pietersen nibbles at this and Lee sprints down the pitch, convinced he has his man. The slips go up, Gilchrist goes up - everyone goes up but Bucknor, the umpire, shakes his head. That was mighty close but a very fine decision from Bucknor

What are the odds that Lee gets pulled up by the match referee for this (celebrating a wicket before the umpire gives it)? Slim to none.

Imagine what would have happened if Gul, Asif (or anyone else from a certain team) did the same. 10% match fine?

He did turn to the umpire and appeal. I think he thought Bucknor gave him.

But I think he exceeded the ICC mandated 0.05 second rule (celebration to appeal ratio). Plus, I do believe that his scowling later in the over went over the allowed 55mm limit (as measured from cheek to cheek).

Burn him, I say.

Gleen Macgrate on to ball - and despatched for 4 by KP

Straight drive off Glenn now for 4. Amazing cricketer this man.

Fabulous hundred by Pietersen. One of his best yet. He's taken the attack the all the bowlers and dominated them all.

this is not his first 100 and also not against Aus. come on man running around, then hug and run around again.

Warne pretty negative there bowling outside leg over and over. just hoping for KP to go crazy and get out

Warne doesn't want to get hit by KP and keeps bowling him outside the leg stump. KP averages 73 against Warne. Warne bowling normal to Collingwood

Lunch time
347-3

Indeed. I thought Collingwood played very well towards the end when Warne had dried up the runs against Pietersen. It was good thoughtful cricket.

England need to up the tempo this session - 4/5 an over or so. Declare 450-500 ahead and put the Aussies in and get a few quick wickets before the close of play.

Aggression is the key for England - KP is showing it - Harmison needs to fire up as well.

Something abou Aussie bowlers and being carted at this ground.

I was thinking for a while that this partnership could be as big as Aus V India 2001.
That partnership was 406 and this one was 310.
Thank god it's over.
