Australia defeat Pakistan by 20 runs despite Haris Sohail's 130 to seal 5-0 whitewash

No, a team who can't even manage to chase 270, won't be able to chase this much. The only thing we need to discuss is, how will we overcome the lost confidence and moral after whitewash in UAE

Abid Ali technically still looks like a typical pak batter. Seen a bit of him and he would be all at sea against the moving ball

Imad will probably be banned next game, the Pakistani bowling innings ended 15 minutes late.

Literally no support or crowd. Bazid Khan is making it worse with his typical style of commentary. Really miss South African/ Australian commentators, or just Waqar

lol, wicket is as flat as it can get. Pakistan batting makes any wicket look like tough

EDIT: He's someone who dosen't need much time to settle in, but I guess he gives tribute to Ahmed Shehzad

Not talking about this particular pitch, as a whole outfield and pitches are much faster in Pakistan. Pitches in UAE are slow and ball doesnt comes onto bat.
 
Why can’t pakistani batsmen have straight bat when hitting big, the slow replays always show that switch of the blade.
 
No intent to score. Aus had positive mentalitly which made it easy for them to score. But pak! Such a shame to watch this current pak team play

Didn't you hear commentators saying he is injured fully strapped on shoulder , his shoulder poped out while playing the shot.
 
Pakistan's ODI side really need some natural stroke makers.
 
Haris is supposed to be one of our best batsman and Shan has the highest domestic List A average.

On paper this is a better batting pair than our first string side.

These two need to have a long partnership and prove their worth
 
I dont understand pakistani batsmen man, either a long innings with zero impact, or gone after scoring single digits, no impact at all
 
Haris was a part of the 2015 World Cup as well but didn't really make his mark

Not an expert here. But it's weak wrists because of lack of practice. You need to practice to get blade of the bat right after playing.

Weak wrists dosen't mean lack of nutrition. They are professional players. But exercising and practicing of the wrists makes it strong

I hope they do but many players in english county have better list A average than Jason Roy for example but Roy is a success at international level because of the shots he has.

In international cricket you are not gonna get as many bad bowls as in domestics and you can come over that pressure only if you have strokes against good balls as well.

Plays normal strokes too upishly and one of the reasons he gets out inside inner circle more often than not. He needs to either hit it along the ground in the gaps or hit it with more elevation.

Also we all know how things work in domestics..... if you are the relative of a PCB high ranker then no domestic ump has the balls to give you out LBW unless it is dead plumb. Besides catches get dropped on the regular. I'm sure each batsman gets a life or two in every innings.
