Did anyone see Ricky smiling after that drop?

what does it mean by 5 more runs to avoid a follow-on? whats a follow-on?

let just put it this way ...

we won't have to see farhat's face for atleast 1 session

Means if we get out with the Aussies having a lead of 200 or more, they have the choice to make us bat again.

We could do with making it to tea, we'd see them reach the height of their frustration. Half hour to go.

when you bat again after getting bowled out cheaply.

Goes to show how pathetic this Pakistan team is...even windies were taking this bowling apart...if only they had a good bowler or two in their lineup they would have beaten aussies...

Windies have Gayle who is a a very aggressive opener who gave Windies many fine starts. I belive he made three centuries.

Or his disguisting posture at the crease, or that freshy bandana!

I dont understand when you can hit the ball so well under pressure why not play this kinda game on most days.

He's expected to go for shots and can't really be faulted for getting out.

That's pressure for a batsman? Nay, I say it's the ideal situation.

That said, he has played a great innings and for the first time in quite some time I'm impressed by his strokeplay.

It means that Australia have enjoyed Misbah's innings so much that they're going to ask us to bat again so they can watch the master at work yet again

Misbah goes for the big hit and only gets one.

It was a flop shot with the sand wedge, designed to land and stop dead so he could retain the strike.

Misbah has perfected the art of teasing ...

I think is the most entertaining bit of test cricket i have seen in a very long time.

misbah is actually a decent player when he plays like this.......attacking rather than in a shell

Why didn't he started to take the strike like this when Asif and Rauf were playing?

Say what you will

Misbah's making ponting look like an idiot be by how well he is managing that single off the last ball.

thats like saying Aamer was making hauritz look like an idiot lol

I think, given all the negativity that has been shelled out to Misbah, he has done well. He deserves the credit for this fighting knock. Granted he has not batted well in the past, but this innings has been excellent, especially given the failings of the more illustrious teammates.

Well done Misbah, even though ponting would have batted. This sure was a moral booster, glad Ajmal stuck around. Now let's hope you make century:)

There is absolutely nothing in this pitch. I donno why our batsmen give their wickets so easily

folow on avoided is no big deal, they wernt gonna follow on anyway lol

Current partnership 37 runs, 9.5 overs, RR: 3.76 (Misbah-ul-Haq 32, Saeed Ajmal 4)
