That decision will be scrutinized for sure. I don't think that was clean enough to call out. Should have given the benefit of doubt to the batsman.

totally agree but usually the white teams get the benefit of the doubt.... :po:

Can Kamran play inning like he did against Tasmenia in the second inning? 100 from 75 balls.
we are falling apart fast.

They should be shuffling across for MJ to negate the away movement and the across angle...

Knowing that he never brings the ball in and his balls is coming with the angle across plus the away movement...the ball even pitched on middle-off would miss off stump....Misbah an educated test cricket should be able to figure this much...

Yeah, if he had been at the crease for a few overs to get used to it first then you could say he should have left it but that was the first ball he faced today.

Akmal is more at fault, the ball he got out to was wider than the Misbah wicket ball.

Do they even know how to leave a ball...MJ's balls are all angled across, he never can bring the ball back in...even if it's pitched on middle off it will be missing off stump...these professional test cricketers should have figured this out by now...

exactly.. he is nothing but a quick left arm spinner... no swing, no movement,, just fast finger spin and thats about it.

Pakistan collapsing under pressure.. i think a lot of people would have accurately predicted this.

if thats the case then why are you even bothering to watch it....if i'm not mistaken most people on here were PREDICTING and hoping for world records to be broken not more that 25 minutes ago.

Hesitant
he is not sure whether to play his game or go defensive now

exactly my point, :misbah could have left it easily, as all johnson's deliveries move away from the right hander.

Looks like Kamran wants to join Symonds for some fishing, judging by the way he is chasing those wide ones with no intent

Absurd. Don't make us the victim. Losers talk like this. Don't put us at that level.

The umpiring and commentating in this series has been very fair.
Hear, hear!

If we are gonna lose, let's lose fighting, and with dignity.

Yeh kamina Toney Grieg sahi tarah humare players ke naam hi nahi le sakta. He makes the names sound like italian.

As a new batsman the first instinct should be and is to leave balls....what's the point of leaving the ball once you've gotten your eye in...

Both kami's have decided to play away from the body and heartlessly poke on away going deliveries this morning...total madness

Well there's no pressure now, chances of winning are close to none.

OMG I Just tuned into the Cricket OMG.. I had soo much hope :(
How were the wickets?

He has the most wickets this year.

Why Kamran is nervous. He has batted so well in pressure in the past --- Mohali test when saved the test match with razzaq and the Karachi test when he scored that brilliant 100 after we were reduced to 36/6.

Kamran another seasoned cricketer is batting like a pure amateur thrust in the middle of the test match...

He is unsure how to go about it

Whether to drop anchor or play his natural game.
If he continues to act extra cautious like this its only a matter of time for him

That's what pressure does to you....he has the ability, that's not in doubt. Its all in the head...the guy is VERY nervous.

Yeah, you walk to the crease as a new batsman, first over of the day and the ball leaves the bowlers hand heading towards legstump and you're going to leave it.

How were the wickets?

this is 1st one

Johnson to Umar Akmal, OUT, caught behind! forward to a fullish ball outside off, he got an outside edge which Haddin dived forward to collect, there's a big shout but the batsman stands his ground and the umpires confer. The question is whether Haddin took it cleanly, after some delay examining several replays, the umpires decide he did.

Umar Akmal c †Haddin b Johnson 27 (37b 5x4 0x6) SR: 72.97

this is 2nd one

Johnson to Misbah-ul-Haq, OUT, caught behind! gets a touch on a good length delivery pitched outside off, the batsman has just pushing tentatively forward, manages a little edge which provides the keeper with a simple catch. Mitchell Johnson is on a hattrick.

Misbah-ul-Haq c †Haddin b Johnson 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR: 0.00

Will they stop talking about Watson's stupid 100 already!!!!!!!!!!!!! :po: Not now, please!

I said some people would have predicted it and would have been right.. Ponting was probably one of those people. I thought it was very likely we would collapse but i didn't think it was a 100% certainty.

Tony Greig's commentary has gone downhill.

I loved his commentary especially in Sharjah era, but now I find him kind of rude and biased.

At 30 a pop...not exactly world-class average...
When they showed the list of most wicket takers 1-2 days ago the best average was 28 something and I was hoping the SR was atleast in 30s which they didn't show

lmao when Pakistan's make centuries/fifties, NOTHING.

Why would they make a big fuss about someone making a fifty? and none of the Pakistan players have made a 100.

Sounds like you haven't played any cricket...at least not hard-ball cricket...

All new batsmen try to leave balls first up, because it's the easiest thing to do, and especially so when the previous guy was caught behind...

that was my point bro, Ponting was predicting a collapse, Yousaf was predicting a mega partnership.....but you don't know who will be right until the fat lady sings

KA and MOYO need to survive these few overs. Once they do that I think Pak can save the game.

So When are Misbah And Farhat Being sent back to Pakistan, because thier 'talents and skills' are no longer required and I hope they are Permanantly dropped.. I hope they on ther way to the airport right now...
