How good has Amir been today? Unfortunate to only have 1 wicket . . been the story since his return . .
 
Should be last over for Amir's spell. We need him later on too.
 
Wow Pakistan are really pushing Aussies in their backyard,if spinners do the job then Aus would not know what hit them.
 
Mohammad Amir has been outstanding today, insane bit of fast bowling, perks of pitching it up, he's really making it talk today... it's been a treat to watch
 
Get the RRR up to 6.0 and hopefully our spinners can stifle them in the middle of the innings. Might get some wickets then. Imperative for Imad to have a good day today.

Dunno, Amir is bowling well but not getting too lucky. Might be better to save him until when Australia actually needs to score runs off him rather than defending. Easier to pick up wickets if you're bowling well but the batsmen are attacking you. Think Australia ideally want as many Amir overs done as soon as possible. I'm sure they will try and target Hasan as Warner tried to do with Junaid (probably a little wary of Junaid now after he has bowled well here and there). The Aussie batsmen don't trust themselves to accelerate against the spinners.
 
Wow even Junaid is bowling incredibly well. I think you let both of them get to 7 overs at this point and hope they can pick up a wicket.

Junaid has been good, he's bowling away from the breeze so he hasn't been swinging as much as Amir, who's bowling into it, and its perfectly helping him out here.. I wouldn't mind giving Amir 10 overs front up with the way he's swinging it right now..

Junaid Khan to Smith, no run, loud appeal for caught behind Not out and not reviewed. Full and wide, he shuffles across and tries to thump it through cover and snicko shows he might have edged that! From cricinfo

Yeh Hasan's bowling would decide the out of the game. I think spinners shd be ok today but for our spinners to choke aussies we need smith out early.

Commentators said it wasn't edged, Moody said Junaid appeals for everything :))
 
I hope amir understands the value of pitching it up now , needs to do it in test matches more often.

Dropped!!!! That was a straight forward catch. Horrible Horrible effort.
 
That's a routine simple catch. Like come on. Pakistan fielders do this time and time again.

Hell of a spell from Junaid though.
 
What an all rounder this guy is. can't bat or bowl and now such fielding. pathetic stuff!
 
Would be gutted if we lose this match. We should have had 5 wickets by now.
 
Looks like junaid khan will make it back in the test team against westindies. His career started in westindies I think.
 
This is simply unacceptable in International cricket. Pakistan is doing everything to help Australia win this match.
 
not winning today with these chances not going our way but brave effort from these two bowlers

Amir only looks good when batsmen wanna go after him, otherwise they leave his stock delivery when he bowls it a little short, that makes for good economy but no wicket taking prowess.. Misbah didn't make him like this, his mindset is to concede less runs
 
Finally we get a pair of Fast men who are bowling beautifully this summer and then the lads drop dollies
 
lol poor Junaid, luck has not been with him at all. That's at least four times that have gone down he could have had a wicket.

Good contest going on just switch the tab & saw we r struggling against Woakes. We r making him another great bowler
 
Replays suggest that the drop catch was on the no-ball, was not given on-field but would have been referred by the umpires had it been taken

Junaid's been unlucky, but no-ball was his own fault, I think lets not put the Amir narrative on him as well, we Junaid Khan fans are above those bad luck on dismissals..
