It's a brain dead tactic, the fast bowlers have been getting movement in the beginning overs.

This tactic did work in the first ODI. Mohammad Hafeez created the pressure, and Mohammad Amir picked up the wickets on other end.

Although I don't agree with this move, probably should have gone with Junaid.
