This was the best opportunity for Reza to get a wicket in international cricket.

This is their third t20 world cup. two years ago vs england they were 45/9 at one stage and made 87 or so. Have they learned?? No. There can be no excuses for this performance. Could well be out of the tournament within 16 overs of play....
Details pleaseLol Razzak calling out Nabi for his comments.
Nabi and Kabir Khan before the match said all the pressure was on Bangladesh.Details please![]()
3-4 years ago they were in division 5. It's easy to forget they are inexperienced and need backing. Hopefully this is a one-off. I think it will be.
Out for 72 within 18 overs.
Feel sorry for myrmidon. Afghanistan just lack professionalism and temperament. Gotta focus on taking some wickets.
And karma strikes as Mushy is injured by the bails!

Thanks, things look to have backfired for AfghanistanNabi and Kabir Khan before the match said all the pressure was on Bangladesh.
When asked whether Afghanistan might have been tense over this match, Razzak simply said: "I don't want to comment on the other team. Some people might have said that we were under pressure but we just saw what happened."
You are ireland supporter? Correct? Lets see what ireland will do.. best of luck

Mate you are beating Afghanistan and not some test nation, for what it is worth, the worst test team is still Bangladesh, hence they have to qualify infront of their own fans in a tournament they are hosting. Clearly nobody in the cricketing world rates them
Just found out Mushfiqur got injured, did he injure his trachea appealing excessively?
plot twist; BD chokes:
When Shapoor was bowled the bails hit him in the eye! Karmas a - isnt it lol
Tears of joy from Mushfiq.

Wonder what karma will do to Shehzad then...not a ball bowled and umpire comes to chat
Wish Afghanistan had somebody like Tamim, the only player I have ever liked from Bangladesh
Shakib, Mushy?

Wasim is very good at stating the bleeding obvious on commentary.
I'm worried about our chances now, our batsmen are woeful against spin. This is ridiculous. Going to be a crappy tournament if it's going to continue to turn and bite like this.
Bangladesh and Ireland team is close. Especially Niall, he's good mates with a lot of BD players.
Historically the two countries have a similar history too. Pretty sure Stirlo, Niall and Kevin have lots of friends in the BD setup due to their experience in the BPL too
Afghanistan are officially my least favourite team now. Hope Nepal smashes them.
Hafeez and Afridi don't really rely on turn, neither does Ajju that much(they all do but not as much as proper spinners do)...The real beast I expect is Zulfiqar Babar who'll be turning it milesWhy are these pitches turning so much if Afghan spinners can do this imagine what Ajju can do
