As male members of this forum it is our duty to assemble and secure a catalogue of beards for future generations to cherish, ultimately all beards are equal. Some, more equal than others.

I have a beard quite similar to Zayn Malik. The only difference is that his face is square-ish and mine is oval.

However, due to faded sides on the head. The face looks similar.

Beards are historically associated with wisdom and intelligence. They are the apparat of a thinker in greco-roman tradition.

And they don't require as much maintenance as shaving daily (which is also bad for your skin).

Shaving daily has become a bit of a routine like brushing teeth in the morning and taking a shower. Besides, in a work environment, stubble doesn't look professional - either keep a beard or shave daily.

It is not good for skin but you get used to it eventually.

LOL. What kind of logic is that? Of course people fall for you for your certain aspects. It sometimes your looks, intelligence or some weird bone of theirs you touched.

Never been a fan of the maulvi beards, but they seem to be all the rage in the UK right now, even the white guys are sporting them.

There is a place for the hippy beard though, I am talking Jesus style, none of this trimming the 'tache rubbish that the Tableeghis do.

As far as beards go, I don't currently have a beard. I've experimented with them in the past and grown a few different types however, I think they're just very difficult to maintain (specially in my case where my beard grows out in like 4 days.)
