Ladies & Gentlemen, It's time to sharpen the daggers as SRT's quest for the elusive 100th 100 reaches Bangladesh.

Incidently, SRT's last international 100 had come on 12th March, 2011 against South Africa at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium, Nagpur where he made 111.

Since then, he has played 11 Tests. Scored 778 runs with an average of close to 37.
94 against WI being his highest score. He has also scored 6 half centuries.

In LOI's, he has played only 11 matches. Scored 301 runs with average of only close to 27.
85 against Pakistan at WC SF being his highest score. He has scored only two half centuries during his 11 matches.

Since a year has passed, and the southpaw still struggling to reach the much awaited landmark, the expectations must be soaring high for him to get to the magical feat during the Asia cup.

I do not want to jinx him, but I would like to see him score his 100th hundred during the tourney, and exit the ODI's gracefully.

So, let the fun begin....
