Babar relies on using the pace 80%. He cannot meet force with force. He just doesn't have that back lift or down swing or bat speed to do that. That is why he looks awkward when he tries to muscle back of a length ball.

First four was good but second four seemed a bit forced. Guess it doesn't matter how they come!

It's been a good start to be fair. Saim Ayub should pay attention. Aggression is fine, but you need to be smart.
 
This is why I said this is a bat first pitch. Unless Buttler expects rain, there's no point chasing here.

This is the kind of innings we want from Babar. That’s it. We should be targeting quick fire 30s and 40s instead of anchoring 50s and 60s
