England (183/7) beat Pakistan (160) by 23 runs in the 2nd T20I to go up 1-0 in the 4-match T20I series

Azam Khan batted as I expected, Shadab has become the new Nawaz, mediocre all rounder.

Rizwan and Babar went early. Should have been an easy win for us with modern day greats like azam shadab ifti in the lineup

The real issue is we only have usman khan as a backup batter in the squad while we ideally need replacements for ayub, azam, ifti and shadab.

1. Fakhar
2. Rizwan
3. Babar
4. Usman Khan
5. Iftikhar Ahmed
6. Azam Khan
7. Imad Wasim
8. Shaheen
9. Naseem Shah
10. Mohammad Amir
11. Abrar Ahmed

This should be our team.

Chacha looking like no 12 against Archer.
Its not a surprise tbh, guy keeps getting a free ride just cos he scored some runs against Australia many years ago. Literally been a constant failure ever since.

You haven't got a chance if you have Azam, Shadab, Ifti and Saim as your batting line up...

1. Fakhar
2. Rizwan
3. Babar
4. Usman Khan
5. Iftikhar Ahmed
6. Azam Khan
7. Imad Wasim
8. Shaheen
9. Naseem Shah
10. Mohammad Amir
11. Abrar Ahmed

Again … ifthikar is bakwaas when will u realize

So we should make an already weak batting lineup shorter? Yeah sounds logical

Shadab and ifti are also babar and misbah products. What is azam suppose to do on his own

This is why Imad should bat ahead of Azam and Ifti

He struggles against Livingstone too. Gully cricketer at best

Babar's decision to win the toss and bowl first when the stats favoured batting first at Edgbaston will be questioned - but the flaws in the team are there regardless.

- Saim has ran out of rope.
- Babar continues to stall against spin.
- Azam's put on more kilos than runs in a green shirt.
- Ifti's numbers are awful this year.
- We've cursed Shadab enough today but this was genuinely one of the worst individual performances in any format.

We can still make a decent combination from this World Cup squad but whether Babar wants to drop some of his mates remains to be seen.

Just looking at the scorecard. Mediocre performance so far, bur not surprised though.

DeadlyVenom will tell you Ifti's selection is justified :ROFLMAO:
Oh and I also predicted Pakistan losing badly and that Imad is a better bat then chacha and shadab although the imad part isn't a prediction it's a fact

The batting order is diabolical from the top to bottom

Usman might end up an inspired selection, but his strokeplay against pace doesn’t inspire confidence either.

Azam is not good enough. He might be trying his hardest but when he is opening himself up literally every delivery, he is not going to do much.

Can imagine scenes, Ifti Chacha in New York, he hasn’t been to times square before!

Anyone remember Natwest Series 2001 ? Crowds were absolutely wild back then.

Anyway equation still manageable but not easy to hit when pace is off.

One of the games had to be stopped because of a pitch invasion. Pakistan ended up winning by D/L.

Edgbaston is a massive bat first pitch. There are issues with the batting but Shadab was the biggest culprit today. Getting smoked at 14 RPO on this pitch is unforgivable.

Pakistan showing their traditional fear of pace bowling, treating Archer like he is Joel Garner reincarnate.

Good bowling from Archer. Pace off, cutter, yorker etc.

T20 not always about the speed gun.
