You think Shabbir Rahman had any sleep last night ? Nothing compared to this one but I have played some very "pressure games " for my school, college and club ( for school in particular) and could not sleep well the night before. You folks had any such experience, I'm sure you did.
Bangladesh should win!!!! Unfortunately England can not handle pressure

Yeah, it is like the night before an exam except you can do literally nothing the night before to "prepare" for it.
I just tried to put off all cricket till the moment.
Good review.
Not sure that single off the last ball was a wise thing to do
Just that one mistake and game over in the next 3 balls..
not Sabbir's fault, it was his 1st test give him a break gdi... he did well. blame jokers like Tamim who bottles under pressure.
woooooooooo!! well played england. so happy
The whole word is behind us
Should prepare a rank turner in the next TEST as well.![]()
Glad Bangladesh lost. World order restored. Minnows must be reminded that they are minnows at the end of the day.
Jealous maybe.
Why exactly should minnows be reminded that they are minnows.
Unlike fans, the actual test players from Bangladesh or even cricketers from other teams don't consider us as minnows, that is the difference. And we know whose opinion matters most.
A strong Bangladesh team is a big bonus for world cricket. Exactly for this reason ICC wanted to give us their full membership early. It's all because of the potential with our economy and budding cricketers.
Reality is, cricket needs us, and all other potential sides more than we think.
I am not going to talk about our cointry but for now let's just talk about Afghanistan. They add a different dimension to the game and a variation instead of playing same team over and over again. 3 of their players are in BPL and 2 of them in PSL. Also they add a variation in terms of geography itself. A team from middle East. Also, with Afghanistan cricket team their is also plenty of fans, which will attract sponsors and broadcasters. Just imagine, a series between Afg and Zim was held in UAE in front of crowds better than those you will see in any Pak game.
I don't have any particular affinity towards Afghanistan cricket. But I would love for them to be a good side. That would be great for the game which is losing its popularity
DRS screwed Bangladesh, the 9th wicket wasn't going to hit the stumps like it was projected.
What else was it going to do, suddenly swerve a foot after hitting his pad to miss the stumps completely?
