one thing that i dont like about such situations is that the captains simply forget about taking wickets...all they want to do is control runs.

not that i love them..but sorry i cant stand india winning..

cuz if u r succesful in controlling runs....wickets come in frustration from batting side

Yes but the captains stop thinking about wickets even when the other team is 80-90 runs behind with only 5 or 6 wickets in hand.

with "only 5 or 6"...
thats a lot of wickets actually...
england won the 4th game with 3 wickets...scoring 99 runs on 8th wicket man....
but thats beside the point
wickets when required run rate is high...come automatically if u control runs
